Holiday rentals with a pool in Mandelieu-La Napoule

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

Our stay at Carina's was perfect! The accommodation is exactly as described and the loft is superbly equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and the pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. Wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. Lovely home as described. Quiet and private part of Mandelieu. GPS will take you on a long and windy road to reach the home, with mixed success. Host provided an alternate route that was very simple up the mountain. Overall great stay!

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

This place was amazing! I was solo traveling and found this to be an incredibly convenient location for the beach (literally in the front yard), lots of yummy restaurants steps away, and super close to the train station to get to Cannes / Antibes etc! Perfect for one person or two close people. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was still worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

Lovely host and a lovely apartment! Everything was super clean and Bernard was very helpful. The town is very pretty with a few restaurants and shops close by to the apartment. Definitely worth a stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Christine’s property during our vacation, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the hospitality of the host. They provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which added to the overall enjoyment of my trip. I highly recommend this Airbnb property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. I will definitely be booking with this host again in the future.

We stayed at La Sianne in middle of June and were delighted with it. Set on the hillside with absolutely stunning views and beautiful open living spaces. The old world charm of this traditionally Riviera home suited us perfectly. The multiple outdoor spaces ( main floor with gorgeous open vistas) and the generously sized pool area ( with pool house that had a convenient toilet and shower) were perfect. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, stovetop and refrigerator but also had many conveniences (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cheese grater, food processor, ample serving bowls/trays, bread baskets, separate pantry/laundry room). Additionally as a great bonus that I missed when viewing the listing is the large outdoor kitchen that you can use the electric grill, and a drying clothesline and charcoal barbeque in the back). The one drawback was that the oven instructions were in German and the welcome book did not explain how to use it so we couldn’t. The bedrooms were clean and well sized, and there were ample bathrooms. Situated on the hill you have to be prepared for the steep driveway, but the ample parking space at the house allowed for easy turning around ( which was good as we had a large car for 5 people). Ideally located it is about a 15 minute walk to the beautiful town of Ste Maxime, (so charming!!), beaches and close to the Bateaux Verts for daily excursions to St Tropez or Grimaud ( much better than dealing with the coastal roads that can be very busy). Check in was smooth and with no issue. A beautiful property and I cannot wait to return!

The house was very nice and the view just a dream. We just had the problem finding the house. But after we learned that we have to drive a code through a gate to this secured environment, everything worked smoothly.

Absolutely stunning. Anne Marie and her partner have created a peaceful oasis in paradise. She was so kind and flexible, even though we woke her up in the middle of the night after checking in late because of a delayed flight. We had a fantastic stay in Éze - and the location could not be beat. Book here!!

Fantastic weekend stay in the South of France! This little home made you feel as if you were home and Carole was the utmost help throughout our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer and will return during our next trip to St. Tropez/Gassin area!

Amazing Airbnb, we stayed here during the film festival. The host was very kind and respected our privacy. Would recommend to anyone who is planning to travel to Cannes!

Beautiful large house, furnishings a bit outdated, very well equipped kitchen, great pool, plenty of space. We found beds and pillows a bit uncomfortable, in front of all the plastic covers. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning or fans. And also no fly screens. Since we had to sleep with the window open because of the heat, we got an infinite amount of mosquito bites every night. And mosquito repellent didn't help.
