Monthly Rentals in Mangano

My stay at Sarah’s villa has been one of my favourite on airbnb so far. The property is traditional and spacious with two large terraces that overlook the coast to the front and mount Etna to the rear. Its location within a Lemon grove provides an ideal peace and quiet, whilst still being near enough to the local villages to make shopping and eating out easy. Sarah is an excellent host who was responsive at all times and went out of her way on several occasions to help us out (dropping off an iron and ironing board, meeting us at the police station after a minor road accident, and dropping us off at the train station at the end of our stay). She was also greatly informative about the local area. A car is essential as the property enterance is on a tight country road that isn’t easy for those on foot. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

The place is absolutely beautiful - lush, peaceful, historic, quintessentially Sicilian - and Ada was a great host who was in touch with us whenever needed and graciously dealt with different members of our group arriving at different times. We had a wonderful time, and used the villa as our base to explore a big swath of eastern Sicily over the course of a week.

We (a group of 9 friends) spent a few days at Luigi’s place. Everybody enjoyed the swimming pool, but also the atmosphere of the whole property, the clean cut grass, the grill equipment and the very large rooms. The three toilets were quite appropriate in terms of equipment and size. Definitely recommended!

This is a lovely flat and we particularly appreciated that they facilitated our arriving after midnight when our flight was substantially delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience guys! We did experience periodic power cuts during the week which apparently were not the owner's fault but to do with the electricity supply to the entire street. The pool is so nice to have in the hot weather.
