Ground floor studio apartment - below our home in the quaint village of Hihi beach. 10 minute drive to Mangonui. Opens to a lovely garden and street. The studio entails a comfortable queen bed, a 3 seater sofa bed, wardrobe. Kitchen comprises of a table & chairs, electric frypan, hotplate, microwave, toaster, fridge, tea coffee etc. Bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity. The apartment opens to a lovely deck with a BBQ, it's sunny and private. Great beaches, walks, parks, great fishing.

The spacious covered deck for entertaining includes a fully powered utility with kitchen, bathroom and laundry.

Quail lodge is a stunning space with amazing views of Doubtless bay to the North and farmland to the South. An easy 8 mins walk to the Golden Sandy beach of Cable Bay. We offer boutique hotel style accommodation with a touch of class suitable for couples only. This area has so much to offer, whether it be the quaint Mangonui village, Karikari peninsula, the west coast of 90 mile beach or Cape Reinga. There are numerous eateries within 5 minutes drive.

Ahipara Surf Breaks

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. We live in a house on the same property so we are always available to help with any questions you have. Surfboards and boogie boards are available for use free of charge.

Located on the shores of the tranquil Mangonui harbour with Doubtless Bay beaches very close by. She (the cottage) is cute and eclectic with spaces to sit, relax and enjoy the view and location. Its a short walk to Mangonui village shops and cafes. The covered courtyard at the rear of the property is private, furnished and with a Weber BBQ to enjoy outdoor dining.
