A stone's throw from the water, the ideal base for exploring Friesland. The cottage is equipped with all the comforts, the living room is a nice space with authentic elements, the large corner sofa and large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, kettle and Nespresso machine. Upstairs, two bedrooms with a double bed.

When you step out the door, you are directly between the terraces and shops, walk +/- 100 m away and you will be at the Pikmeer where you will find opportunities to rent a (sailing)boat. After a nice day in the area, plop down on the couch or outside in the sheltered and sunny garden on the south. From the living room you step into the bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.

The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

Rural accommodation IT ÚT FAN HÚSKE is located on an idyllic slingerdijkje 15 min cycling from Sneek or the Sneekermeer. The húske is detached, cozy and equipped with every comfort. From the outdoor terrace with canopy, guests can enjoy the HOT TUB, the views, the stars and a fabulous sunrise. The hot tub costs €40 for the 1st day and €20 for subsequent days. We recommend that you bring your own bathrobes, but if necessary, we also have bathrobes.

The apartment Út fan hús has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with refrigerator and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. From the apartment, you have a wide view over the Frisian Greiden. It is located on the water, where you can swim and fish. You can also use 1 or 2 person canoes, a boat and bicycles for free. The city of Sneek is 15 minutes away by car, Leeuwarden 30 minutes.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. This former transformer house has stood against the beautiful Frisian village of Wirdum for more than 100 years. It has been converted into a beautiful tractor cabin with a lot of care and attention. You could also call it a tiny house, because despite the small space it has almost all the comforts. In the village you will find a café/restaurant and a small supermarket with bread from the hot baker.
