Fort Zanella is in a quiet location, albeit comfortable to the village's services and only 10 minutes from the town of Mantua. Here you can find the serenity you are looking for. Inside the courtyard you can find the tavern where you can taste all the authenticity of the traditional flavors of the area in addition to the Naturopathy Center where various professional figures work for the well-being of the person.

A welcoming room with a private entrance, living room with kitchen, bedroom, private garden, all in a private oasis with two swimming pools, accessible from May to September, and a tennis court just 200 meters from the lake. Waiting for you there will be Italian breakfast, clean linen and lots of relaxation. ATTENTION: We don't serve breakfast directly every morning but at your arrival we offer you a basket with everything you need for your breakfasts.

It was a farm built in 18* century in Mantova countryside, completely 
restored. Both rooms have a private bathroom.

We love the tranquility, relaxation and contact with nature of this place. The materials we used for the recent renovation are part of the local tradition, making the property warm, welcoming and environmentally friendly.

We are an Italian/German and Dutch family and offer a cozy stay in a quiet setting a few km from Lake Garda. We have 2/3 beds (double + additional), an equipped kitchenette, private bathroom and garden.

The "GREEN" room is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 children. It has a private bathroom with shower and a window overlooking the large garden of the house.
