We had an absolutely amazing stay at Stefano and Alessia’s place! Traveling with my wife and our two teenage daughters, this apartment couldn’t have been more perfect. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, yet the pedestrian-only street out front made it feel surprisingly peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and felt like home the moment we walked in. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Stefano and Alessia are phenomenal hosts, warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations. They genuinely care about their guests’ comfort and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We’ve traveled a lot, but this stay stands out as one of our favorites. If you’re visiting this part of Italy, do not hesitate, book this place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Lovely hosts, accommodating and helpful. Responsive and kind, took good care of me and my family. The flat is in a great location, you can’t beat it. The flat is small but has everything you need, and it’s been recently renovated, charming. Would go back to spend more days in this fantastic area.

Very responsive owner! Meets requests and the service was amazing! Thank you for that. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was exactly as advertised! The apartment was really beautiful, nice and cozy. It contains everything one needs for either a short or long stay (like a hairdryer, basic care products, large fridge, coffee maker and cookingplate (+ basic needs for cooking). Eventough we didnt cook ourselves it is nice to know everything was at hand. Metro and bus are near by (just a 3min walk!). We absolutely loved staying here and would recommend it to everyone! We had a fantastic stay at Mattia's apartment! He was extremely responsive and accommodating. When we encountered an issue with the washer, he went above and beyond to resolve it, even making a trip down when remote assistance didn't work. The apartment had everything we needed, making us feel right at home (this was our 1st trip to Europe). We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return to his place on our next trip to Rome. Thanks again, Mattia, for your hospitality!

I stayed at Lio’s place for just about three days with my family. It is a fantastic place and in a lovely building with lots of character. The place has a range of modern amenities - including well functioning air conditioners in all rooms to keep us cool. The neighbourhood is brilliant - close to Vatican and its sites, yet is quiet and peaceful. Lio was on top of communication at all stages and was very responsive. His son ensured we had a smooth check-in. We also really appreciated local cafe and restaurant recommendations provided by Lio. Fantastic place all around and I highly recommend to anyone considering - it is worth it!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was ideal — within walking distance to many of the main churches, which made exploring the city super easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was a breeze. We also really appreciated the A/C after long summer days. The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

From the moment we arrived, Simone was welcoming and accommodating. The place was spotless and located in a quiet neighborhood to but walkable to many spots. Simone provided us amazing restaurant recommendations and assisted with transportation to and from the airport. The garden was peaceful and the spot was exactly what we were looking for and felt like we were at home. I would highly recommend staying here!

Laura’s place was perfect! The pictures to find the entrance were very helpful. We had a little trouble with the apartment door lock (but we were very tired). Laura had a crib for our baby and it was all made up with the sweetest little sheets. The bathtub was amazing since we were so hot when we arrived, we were able to have a cool bath for our daughter. Everything was very tidy and clean. Laura’s instructions and suggestions were easy to follow. It was nice we could also do a little laundry. We were just staying one night on our way to Florence but wished we could stay longer. The apartment was easy to get to from the metro by walking. We highly recommend Laura’s place!

Fantastic place and host. Very comfortable and 8 minute walk to the Colosseum and 20 minute taxi ride to Vatican City. Many great food options and shops right outside the door. Host was helpful and responsive.

We were still late, arrived at more than 10pm , and Catharine still took all the necessary time to show us around the apartment, guide us for our stay, give us a large amount of information for our trips . Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Daniela's Cozy Apartment exceeded our expectations- I would give it 10 stars if I could and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. When I hear cozy, I think comfortable but small. I would describe Daniella's apartment as spacious and luxurious! She has thought of everything from detergent for the wash machines, to extra pillows and blankets, to umbrellas. The apartment had everything we needed and more! The wi-fi was super-fast and reliable. The air-conditioning was exceptional (mid-90s during our visit). We got the best sleep of our trip in the extremely comfortable beds, and the bedding was fabulous. Note that the wash machines in Europe are smaller than in the US and it takes a few hours to dry each load. The location was great as we felt very safe and there were many great food options close-by. It was an easy walk to the Vatican and the Metro station. Our 15-year-old son said that Daniela's apartment was his favorite part of our Italian vacation!
