Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maple Grove

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

Thomas was a great host, nice and clean place. It was really peaceful, can hear the bird chirping outside. Would recommend!

Hands down one of the best hosts I have ever had! Maxwell was super helpful during our stay. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone wanting that feeling of a home away from home :)

John and Zina are terrific hosts and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. It's well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street restaurants, and shopping. Nice access to biking trails, too. Highly recommended!

We found Andy's place to be really nice. The place was not clean when we arrived at 4pm (check-in was at 3pm)however it seemed to a honest mistake with the cleaner forgetting and was remedied that evening. Andy and his brother were responsive immediately to our concerns. Overall, the place is conveniently located, easy to street park, nicely furnished, comfortable and stocked with basics the bathroom/kitchen such as soap, coffee/tea etc. I would recommend it!

This location was fantastic for our family of 3! The home is lovely, immediately felt comfortable and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck area so much! For families, this is a fantastic location. 2 blocks to the beach, one block to nice park on a quiet street and the hosts were amazing at having the home baby proofed and ready for our arrival. Overall, it was the little touches and kind hosts that make this place truly stand out, can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect place for us while moving our two MCAD graduates out of their apartment (within walking distance!). Great communication for checking in, parking and checking out. We would highly recommend this location to anyone! Thank you!! We hope to return someday :)

I would like to give this apartment a 5 for the clean, pleasant environment inside and out and good host communication. However, it was not quite as well equipped as I typically find in an airbnb and therefore a 4 for value.

If you have a car this place is great. Very convenient to I-394 and Hwy 169. Steven is very responsive and made sure everything was in order. Would definitely stay here again.

we were pleasantly surprised at all of the kitchen tools that were thought of. it was an adorable little house and worked well for our needs. Best part is it was within walking distance of the hospital

This was a great choice for our family's stay in Minneapolis. We traveled with four kids, aged 8-11, three grandparents, and two parents. The kids' favorite place was the hammock. Plenty of games to do and places to explore. The kitchen had spices, cooking staples, plenty of space to hold pantry items for breakfast and snacks during the week. The beds were comfortable and had nice sheets. I was very impressed with the included amenities with this Airbnb--very thoughtful. Spa supplies, movie theater candy and popcorn for the kids, and some complementary beverages. It was a real treat to stay here and well worth the price. Thank you for sharing your space!

It was cold one night and my kids wanted to have a swim after dark. Samantha's husband came over and turned the heat up on the pool to make sure we could have a swim and create some great memories. Samantha was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in time. Everything was clean and beautiful. They also had nice sound bars and subwoofers on both televisions to make movies on the big TVs that much better. My kids raved about how nice the house was and how much fun they were having. Our stay here was great! I was attending school in Hopkins at The Atelier Academy of Beauty and this place was perfect for what we needed. Very kid friendly, host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive.

Was a wonderful home that was exactly what we hoped for. Close to Lake Harriet and in a beautiful neighborhood.

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We loved our stay at this charming, clean and comfortable unit. The location was great, close to the Macalester campus, coffee shops and other local spots. Also Jean-Claude was a responsive and kind host. We would definitely come back!

We had a lovely stay in this classic Minneapolis apartment so near the lake in a very cool neighborhood! Great places nearby and I recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

There was one issue with the tub and bath sink drain. They had someone out the next morning. Very responsive. The communication was also very good, again very responsive with any questions I had.

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

Tastefully appointed with everything you could need. Bigger than it looks in photos. Very thoughtful and kind owners. We LOVED our stay!!!
