Modern, newly renovated 80 sqm apartment with balcony and unique views. The apartment is in the Marbach district. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. It is located right on the edge of the forest and invites you to relax after a visit to the historic, lively Oberstadt. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

We rent a modern, bright, 60 m2 apartment in an idyllic outskirts location. The kitchen is fully equipped and for morning coffee the garden invites you with seating, which borders directly on the forest. Even from the large shower, you can sometimes observe a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Our apartment in Wittelsberg, a quiet place in Ebsdorfergrund, is located directly at the forest and invites you to take long walks. Nearby are the castle park Rauischholzhausen and the historic university city of Marburg (12 km) with sights around St. Elisabeth. Car is recommended for maximum flexibility. A charging station for electric cars (11kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee).
