House holiday rentals in Marčana

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Helena welcomed us very kindly. The arrangement when we arrived worked great. She explained and showed us everything on site and also gave us tips on where to eat well. Everything was already there on site, a small purchase had already been made, for the first hunger. Dishwasher tabs, taps for the washing machine, dishcloths, but also charcoal…… everything available. Then a large fruit basket was brought over in between. Helena was also always available and after a small storm, she asked the next day if we were okay and if someone should come to clean up. The pool was also cleaned once in between. It's also great there with a dog, because it's properly fenced, and walking the dog is no problem. So we were completely satisfied and would go back. Thank you very much to Helena and also to your husband🫶🏻

The house, the hosts and the location are simply enchanting and fantastically beautiful. We have rarely experienced such a relaxing holiday, after a week in this house the outside world seems so far away... In addition to the pool, we especially enjoyed the outdoor shower (with hot water!), showering with a view, marvellous! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen is super equipped and everything was also super clean. The sea is great for swimming and the steps down are not bad, a short walk. We are dreaming of coming back.

Very nice house, looks exactly like the pictures. For a larger group or family perfect outdoor area for barbecuing together! We felt very comfortable and will come back again. Also very nice hosts and plenty of privacy

Reception was very nice with a welcome gift. Communication with Miro (contact person) was easy and you got quick feedback. Also very helpful with problems. In total, a very successful vacation/stay and definitely recommended!

Our week-long stay in Danijel and Tina's house was fantastically beautiful. The two have furnished the accommodation with so much attention to detail, super practical and with everything you need. Our absolute highlights were: A lovingly prepared floor bed for our two-year-old daughter, toys for her, the large garden, where you could always find a shady or sunny spot somewhere, fly screens on every window, the grill plate and the extra refrigerator in the annex right next to the terrace. Thank you Tina and Danijel for your hospitality! We'll be back!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. The communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great vacation home that we can recommend without reservation.

The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

We were very lucky to spend our holidays in this beautiful house in Rovinj, and it was undoubtedly the most beautiful cottage we have ever been to. The garden is a true oasis – lovingly maintained, with many shaded places that invite you to linger. Our kids spent every day in the pool and had an incredible amount of fun. The house itself is superbly equipped. The attention to detail and the high comfort make the stay particularly pleasant. Everything has been thought of here to give guests a perfect holiday. The location is ideal: the house offers a lot of privacy, and yet you are close enough to town to reach everything comfortably. All the important things for everyday needs are very close. A big thank you also to the landlady, who was available to help us at all times. Her warmth and helpfulness made our stay even more beautiful.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Aurora and can 100% recommend it to anyone who appreciates a quiet location. We were warmly welcomed by our hosts upon arrival. Our relaxation was always in the foreground for them and during our stay we were always surprised and spoiled with delicacies. The house is perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. For us, it was particularly nice that each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom with toilet and shower, two of them even en suite. The outdoor facilities are very well maintained, the pool area beautifully landscaped and the terrace, as well as the roof terrace, offer many possibilities to make yourself comfortable on the loungers in the shade or in the sun. We would love to stay in this wonderful accommodation again and would like to thank you again for the great time in Marčana.

Amazing value for money, love the pool and the garden. We stayed twice already :)

We, a couple plus dog, were there for two weeks before the Pentecost holidays. The house, the property and the annex offer pleasant space for six adults and was of course oversized for us;) The garden with private pool is very well maintained and huge, even our dog was initially overwhelmed. All three bedrooms and the living room/kitchen are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. The outdoor kitchen (gas) is so well equipped that we only cooked and ate outside. The pool is great (note: no shallow access) and beautifully lit in the evening. The house is about 400m from the beach and Fažana center with restaurants, bakery, markets. Instead of bicycles, there are two scooters, with which you can have a lot of fun in the "city". From the terrace you have a sea view. 👍👍 The house is on a busy street, which is at the back and is unobtrusive from the volume. After five times in Istria, the "best house ever" for us.

We had a very nice time at the villa. The host was very friendly and the communication was straightforward. After a guided tour of the property by the host, our holiday could start. There is pretty much everything in the villa that you need on vacation. In the garden, there are several play equipment for the children and there is also a selection of board games. The pool is not heated, but it is not necessary in correspondingly warm weather. The kitchen is well equipped. Air conditioning is also available. What we (because we have small children) liked very much is that every window has a roller shutter and fly screen. The bathrooms are very nice and also large enough. A small grocery store is also not far from the accommodation. For us, it was definitely a top villa and we can only recommend it. Best wishes to the host as well :).

Great house. We were there with our two children and enjoyed the private atmosphere very much. The pool is really great and you can always find a shady spot. The rooms are all very clean and in the kitchen all the necessary things are available. The communication was great and we will be happy to come back.

The house and garden are beautiful and are in a quiet and super beautiful environment. The house is well furnished and very clean. House and garden are equipped with everything you could need. The garden is completely fenced, which was great for our dog to play. Katja is very friendly, responded quickly to our messages/ inquiries and also had great recommendations for everything in the area for us.
