Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Independent 20 m² studio with its own bathroom and toilet. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, a small refrigerator, a Senseo coffee maker and a kettle. Plancha at your disposal outside. In a quiet environment, close to amenities. The pool is shared with the owners and is unheated. 30 minutes from the Dune du Pilat and the nearest beaches. The train station is 1 km away, and you can reach Bordeaux train station in 20 minutes or Arcachon train station in 20 minutes as well.

After a beautiful day, a change of scenery spent on one of our beaches at the ocean or lakes, enjoy its terrace and living room. Sheets and towels can be rented if you wish. For children, 1 swing, 1 basketball hoop, 1 badminton set, which they can use. BBQ and plancha.
