Our apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the promenade and beaches, from the center of the village (Marciana Marina) and close to all amenities (supermarket, bar, bank, ATM, pizzeria, gas station, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, barber, bus stop), all within walking distance. Its proximity to the sea makes it perfect for those who do not want to travel by car. It has a private parking lot, under the house, on the property.

Casa Anto, completely renovated in 2025, consists of a living room with a full kitchen and sofa bed, two bedrooms with double beds, and two bathrooms, one of which is reserved for one bedroom. The house is accessed from an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with a table and chairs/deckchairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a private garden, with lawn, of about 200 square meters.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

Every detail has been designed to give you a warm and welcoming atmosphere, where tradition meets well-being: exposed wooden beams, ancient decorations patiently brought to light by me... and the principles of Feng Shui guide the design, colors and arrangement of the furnishings and rooms.
