Comfy little apartment with a good desk to work from and a kitchen you can use. The bed is one of those memory foam mattresses so it is quite soft - depends on you if you like those. We appreciate the coffee pods and water you left us

The stay was great. Had a bit of an emergency and extended my trip another day so went on air Bnb & contacted Xiomara around 7 PM. She accepted the booking, said it would take no more than an hour to get it ready for our arrival. Maybe they needed to dust or leave the mints Because the place was perfect clean, sanitary and comfortable thoroughly cleaned. Even had an aromatic diffuser goin. I’ve been to Airbnbs where people do NOT take pride in them. 1/2 ass um. Or just are lacking or not exactly like the description frankly. Private, quiet. Homely. Lots of greenery. In a residential neighborhood. Had a great walk and even washed my travel closed before I went to the airport. Convenient and very SMOOTH thought out the stay. The Place and hosts have very good energy. Book this place!

pompano is an amazing city to visit and Josh place is prime for a great walk to the beach close to great restaurants a true home away from home experience needless to say to the point I didn’t want to leave but in all I would definitely recommend if you want a oasis feel that charm of the city eatery this is the place I would recommend to get for your stay a true heaven feel .

This place had everything we needed, it was clean, peaceful, and decorated in a cozy style. We were close enough to walk to stores, the beach was also close, and overall we enjoyed the environment and the comfort. Hosts are very kind and proactive. I’d definitely get back!

Amazing team and responsive to our needs. Despite having to reset our breaker every time we showered because the boiler had a connection issue, everything else went smoothly. They even offered to switch rooms but it wasn’t really a big issue to transfer rooms. I would 100% stay again!

Even before booking, Arthur was very helpful answering questions and was extremely quick to reply. Check in, and out, was simple. The unit was beautiful and accurately reflected in the photos. One of the things that drew us to the property was the beach, including access to the residence/hotel’s beach attendants, offering chairs, umbrellas, towels and ice cold water. This did not disappoint. Although this was only a short stay, we would love to return to Arthur’s place for our next Ft Lauderdale vacation.

Our stay was wonderful! The neighborhood was quiet, the property was exactly as described, and the hosts instructions were easy to follow! The property has everything you could need and more. I highly recommend this property!

had a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The service was excellent, and the host was incredibly attentive and patient; he responded to every question in 10 minutes or less, which made everything so much easier. The pool was amazing, definitely one of the highlights! The exterior of the property looked beautiful and well-maintained. Inside, the house was clean and comfortable; the beds and sheets were spotless, and the bathroom was in great condition. Overall, the house was very nice and I truly enjoyed the experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Derek’s place was one of the nicer places I’ve stayed. It was decorated very nice with adequate space. Bathrooms & Kitchen were immaculate! The neighborhood was very quaint, private and quiet. Walkable to some great restaurants. Bed’s were super comfy and the house was stocked with everything you could need. Check-in & out were a breeze. Derek checked in with me via text during my stay to see how check in was and if I needed anything upon my arrival & sent a nice text the evening before check-out with check out instructions and thanked me for staying. Brent was very easy to communicate with. He responded within a reasonable time. The house itself was perfect for what we needed it for. TVs in every room equipped with Roku for us to use. Plenty of space in the backyard for whatever we wanted to do.

Perfect location and near everything. The place is very nice for couple and spacious. Equipped with everything we needed and more. Including lawn chairs and umbrella for beach which was extremely helpful. No coal for grill and they sent some to us so we could use. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back. It’s an older home and needs a few repairs— deep cleans but we didn’t mind for price, amenities and proximity.

Cassandra was a terrific host--attentive, responsive, and helpful. The place was roomy and bright, the kitchen well stocked, the pool and pool deck quiet and delightful. Modern, up-to-date appliances. Easy locking systems in and out. Comfortable seating and master bed. Nice outdoor gathering space for small family get togethers. We'd rent it again!

Nadine's place is a great location and a perfect 2 bedroom 2 bath condo! Nadine is super responsive with anything you need! Plenty of room to hang out in the TV room and relax after the Beach or walking the avenue and the Asian Bistro right outside her Door has great food too!!

Luci was an incredible host and her space is beautifully located on the residences side at the W hotel. We will be back! :)

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

I was so pleased with everything at this place. We arrived in Fort Lauderdale and were unsure if we could get in early. We messaged the host and he responded almost immediately and said our place was ready! It was a very clean and welcoming place. We will definitely look to book this place for future visits! I rate this place 10/10.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Karens’s place.. perfect space for us and the location was the best. We had access to beach chairs, a wagon and beach towels. Thank you for the best weekend.
