Holiday rentals with a patio in Margate

Lovely spacious, clean flat for 2 in a convenient location for the centre of Margate. The flat has been furnished and decorated with attention to detail. After parking the car close to the flat we walked everywhere or used the local bus. Would book again!

Absolutely loved staying here, literally 5 minutes if that to the beach. Will definitely stay here again!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb apartment! The view of the seafront was absolutely to die for—truly breathtaking and the highlight of my mornings. The host was fantastic, always just a call away and incredibly helpful at any time. The only slight downside was the request to remove shoes to preserve the carpet and the steps leading up to the apartment, but honestly, that was a small trade-off for such a charming stay. Overall, a beautiful stay that I would happily recommend to everyone!

What can I say. We had a brilliant stay at Gillian's. It was not only perfectly placed but is one of the most beautiful, fun and inspiring places I've stayed. We had a group of 7 friends staying together and all marvelled at how relaxing and well equipped it was with awesome sea views. Both lots of fun and very relaxing. thank you for letting us stay.

Brilliant flat in walking distance of main beach and with some excellent restaurants and bars nearby

Jo is really lovely. Very responsive and we really appreciate her taking out booking at short notice. The flat is lovely and really well located, next to Walpole Bay.

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! Just back from a wonderful stay at Craig and Imogen’s apartment, as a family of 4 with our toddler and baby. It’s one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in with our kids. Spotless, tidy, smells like a hotel - very clean and an all round enjoyable space to be in. Excellent location from which to explore Margate- everything walkable. Everything was super clear right from booking through to check out. Just perfect! Would love to come back again!

my daughter, grandaughter and I had a wonderful 2 night stay. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean. Although very close to beaches, bars and restaurants, it was still very peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our second visit to Margate and we loved staying in this property! Right behind the Shell Grotto and tucked onto a private road that's nice and quiet, with a lovely back garden. It's a 15 minute walk into Old Town and a short walk to a fabulous cafe (Oast!). Wendy was incredibly responsive and kind, offering a list of kid friendly things to do, and was flexible with our check in and out times/process which was crucial for the kids! We would definitely stay here again.

The place is really beautiful and cozy. It is very near to Canterbury West, which is very convenient. The place is also very clean with all the amneties provided. However, the location is directly in front of the road so it gets a bit noisy at night. Nonetheless, it was a very great place to stay in. Stuart is also very kind and fast reponse

Stephen was there to hand us the keys and gave us a quick tour of the house. A lovely little house with everything needed for a break and three minutes walk from the town centre. We'd definitely stay again. Try the Crispin Inn pub if you stay - most superb!

The barn was beautifully decorated. Clean and very homely. It had plenty of room and was amazing ,with everything we needed for our stay .The outdoor space was perfect again we had good seating,a bbq ,a fire pit and a wood burning hot tub which was perfect and was ready to use when we arrived .We were surrounded by nature it was stunning. Lisa was amazing , she knew exactly what we needed. Her responses were quick and helpful a perfect host and very kind .Lisa was on hand if you needed her but we had perfect privacy . Nothing was too much trouble .I would highly recommend this Airbnb. Location wise was really good ,not far from Sandwich,Ash and the east coast is a short drive away . Beautiful walks , woodland and totally safe for our little dog . I only wish we could have stayed longer , it was the perfect place for peace and tranquility. Thank you Lisa

This is our 3rd visit to this remarkable Air B&b - honestly the best one we have ever stayed at. The hosts pay attention to detail so that you are completely comfortable in the property. It is literally like home to home. I’m not going to list all the facilities etc within the house - but you will be delighted when you arrive A step away from the beach with easy walking access to Margate and its many attractions, a mini Tesco , fish and chip shop, cafes and much more 5 mins round the corner - the property is very quiet and peaceful. Quite frankly if you dont book it’s your loss - we will be back for sure!

What a find. Wonderful helpful and friendly family. We didn't have any issues with anything relating to this location. Clean well equipped and spacious property. Quiet location within walking distance of the local pub. Park and ride to Canterbury within five miles and cost £4. for the two of us. Location was perfect for us. We would definitely choose to stay with Emily and Simon again when we are next in Kent.

We've been coming to Whitstable for years on days out but never stayed. This was a magical find, so comfortable, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants but also just set back enough from the high street and the seafront to have real peace and quiet and feel secluded. A real treasure and we'd be happy to stay again. Kids (13yo twins) also really enjoyed it - and that's a tough audience! Thank you Krista and Seaside Properties!

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Claira’s for a gig at Dreamland. Lovely to be so close to the sea and all amenities, but still a quiet location. Helpful recommendations of places to eat also. We were comfortable: the flat was simple and met our needs for a one night stay.

We loved the flat especially being able to see the sea from the kitchen, lounge and the top lounge & roof terrace. Being right in the town means you're close to everything- Convenient for shops, restaurants, cafes & the beach.

Really good hub for exploring east Kent. Finding property is easy and it is in a quiet estate with good off road parking right outside the door. Kitchen has everything you need, lounge included TV with Netflix etc and although bedroom and shower/toilet are compact they are more than enough for staying a few nights with good wardrobe and drawer storage.

I came along with my family on a 3 day vacation and we enjoyed it so much! Fiona was very present and quick to reply to any questions I had! Very helpful and very kind! The only little detail or advice I would give is to include a full body mirror as there were 3 girls and wanted to look in the mirror before leaving the house haha but it is not a huge deal. John was a great host and responded quickly to the one question we had. His instructions were clear and helpful so finding the place and getting in was made easy. The flat was very clean and uncluttered. It was quiet but close to the shops, restaurants, harbour and beach. The patio garden was a big plus. Nice comfortable bed and good shower. Loved the flat and would like to return soon.

We had a lovely time at Simeon's flat, it was very clean, spacious and bright. The garden gets morning sun and is perfect for breakfast. The flat is right off Walpole Bay, which is quieter than the main beach in the town centre and perfect for a swim. Would definitely come back!
