The apartment is large, functional, there was all the necessary equipment. The cleanliness was impeccable. The person who welcomed us was nice and available. The only downside is that it is not specified in the listing that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. In case of mobility difficulties or with children, it can be restrictive, it is imperative to specify it. The apartment is quite noisy, you can hear everything that happens at the neighbors' when you are in the master bedroom... and the street with motorcycles and cars, it is not a very pleasant neighborhood (city and buildings). The apartment, however, is excellent value for money

I just had an amazing stay at Jocelyne's! The apartment is absolutely charming, with neat decoration and a warm atmosphere. Jocelyne was an exceptional host, very welcoming and available to answer my questions. She provided me with all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. This is an outstanding property. It has all the amenities, and everything is spotlessly clean. It’s spacious and cosy; we felt right at home. We had a few questions for Sebastien, and he replied straight away. We took our 9-year-old daughter with us, and she loved it. The weather was inclement, so having a washing machine and dryer was invaluable. I would recommend this property to all. Thank you Sebastien.

Christopher’s apartment was beautifully presented and extremely well appointed. Five minute walk to the train station then 25 mins to Gare du Nord. Given the proximity to the train line a light sleeper may be affected by the train, however this is not through the night, just normal train hours, however it didn’t bother me at all. The terrace is huge and a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Definitely a place for the price, everything is thought out, there are all the white goods, even slippers are put, there are hangers everywhere, they completely make guests feel in their own home, the beautiful host responds quickly, I am very satisfied, I recommend it to everyone
