Although the Villa shares one exterior wall with a smaller neighbouring house, the size of the private yard ensures complete peace and privacy. Old Istrian tavern (36 m2)as a summer kitchen, indoor and outdoor grill are also available.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.
