Townhome holiday rentals in Marina Alta

We spent 4 nights at the Colina house. From the time of booking, Anette has resolved all of our questions. The house is true to the listing description and photos. The location is very good. The area is quiet and at least on these dates, without parking problems. The common areas of the house are in good condition ( pool). Hourly flexibility upon check-in and out. We will definitely repeat if we return to the area.

Very functional house, well located and very well-equipped. Despite some concerns at the beginning of my host's independent stay, she was very accommodating in finding solutions and that we are well. Very nice area, very pretty condominium, very quiet a haven of peace. We would recommend Gudi and her home. We'll be happy to go back!

I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

This was the third time we've used Paul's place, I think that says something. weather was mainly sunny with little rain. we love the house and the area, and find it very convenient to local amenities and walks around the nature reserve. It's a nice area with a mix of English and Spanish people living in the neighbourhood. There was some work going on at the pool this week, which didn't affect us but Paul made us aware that it was to happen. We are hoping to book for next year and hope the house is available for our dates.

Very warm house, the host is very attentive and equipped with all the daily needs, there are things that may be used to go to the sea, besides the network is a little unstable, everything is very nice, the host is patient and friendly, the response is very timely, let us leave a good memory in Alicante

The house was more beautiful than it looked in the picture listed. House was very homey and had everything we need to cook/clean. Clare was also very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice little place , Aurelio has thought about everything, even down to toothbrushes and toothpaste , everything that you needs is there . great location short walk to the bars and supermarket. Aurelio is such a nice guy. Thank you Aurelio for a great holiday.

In the description it said water view, however that was not the case. Also the check in was not flexible, we had to make changes to our itinerary to meet someone to let us in by 9 pm. This is the first time I had to do that.

Marina is a super helpful and friendly host, and her home is just spectacular. We could define it as a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. And often balcony! At the most privileged site in Altea. The house inside is very cozy, with a high ceiling living room with large windows that, in addition to a common area, connects the different rooms of the house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. Ideal for preparing a dinner in good company. Or just, if you do it with a good wine. Everything is very spacious and decorated with simplicity and a lot of care. We loved the artwork! Although the real picture of the house is the framed view of the outside, with the infinity pool that merges with the sea in the distance. Just amazing!

Lovely stay, house was lovely, loved the outside space. Nice pool and very close to the sea. We loved El Campello town, about a 25 minute walk away, buzzing area with great selection of restaurants. The tram stop is a 5 minute walk with trams to Alicante and Benidorm. Alicante is a lovely city and would love to spend some more time there. As for the house, well equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms and great views of the sea. We were allowed to check in early which was amazing and there is plenty of car parking spaces. The neighbours who I think all live in the complex were all very friendly. Would recommend the house and the area and would certainly consider going back. Thank you Jeroen and Manon.

It's a really very nice place to stay. Great furniture and lovingly furnished. The house has 2 beautiful terraces and a pool. You can hear the traffic.

We visited this place with my wife and two small kids in February. It is a fantastic place for people who value peace, closeness to nature and beautiful views. From the very beginning the host was very helpful and communication went smoothly. The house is very spacious, well-sunlit, clean, ideal for relaxation. To get around the area well, a car is required.

Everything perfect!!! To put some sticks the pool from outside they closed it the day after going and the indoor pool area the water was cold.

Everything was perfect: great place, quiet, comfy, swimming pool just opposite the house, and the beach 10 min by car. Reachable host, who spoke Valencian language to us ☀️! My children found some toys in the house to play with! All appliances were working perfectly and we found everything clean and tidy. Just one suggestion, please include a step stool to be able to reach the top shelves in the kitchen, and for children to reach the washbasin. If we are able to, we will definitely try to return 😊.

The cleanest AirBNB we've stayed in. Bathrooms were spotless. Tastefully decorated, everything worked, no need to contact the host to repair anything. No clutter. Can't stress enough the cleanliness of the house. Clara was a great communicator, responsive and friendly. If we go back to Alicante, we'll be checking availability of this listing first.

This is out second stay here and it did not disappoint. We love the location, so near to the city centre, the old town and the beach but in a quiet road. The house itself is great very comfy and surprisingly roomy as there were 6 adults . Definitely highly recommend.

Magdalena is a very welcoming, smiling, friendly person and a person full of life… The listing matches the description and there's nothing missing, just your suitcase with your personal clothes. Available if needed, she asks if there is anything we need anything, or if she can help during our stay. Concerned about our well-being. I enjoyed my stay in Calpe is a beautiful city, lively and quiet in the residence. The beach is beautiful and the pool matches the photos too… I highly recommend this host. We recommend 200/100 this spacious and very clean place. The photos of the accommodation are consistent with the description. We spent a week there and we were very satisfied. I highly recommend for people who come with family or friends: you will have all the comforts you need and much more. Roberto is a great host he deserves much more than 5 stars: adorable, listening he ordered us a baby bed and a kettle on the day of our arrival even though it was not included in the rental. Very responsive and really attentive, he welcomed us very warmly into his home. We'll be happy to go back. Thank you again so much Roberto and see you soon.

Good location and the accommodation had everything it described. Everything clean and tidy. The air conditioning equipment worked very well for the hot days we had.
