Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with a cute screened in porch, private outdoor shower, open rinse off shower side of house, deck with grill, and privacy fence. A short drive to the beach, a 5-10 minute bike ride over the canal at 20th St or walk over to enjoy the sunset. Bring bikes and ride all over the island. Kitchen is fully equipped. We even have cornhole and a couple of other outdoor games to play in the backyard. Our goal is to make our guest feel at home. Enjoy !

Donna was a great host from start to finish. Provided & offered more than we could’ve asked for! The place was about 2 minute drive to the beach & a 15 minute walk (with a toddler) Her place was clean, quiet and again, had everything we needed plus some! She was more than kind and offered lots of local recommendations. Would stay here again in the future!

This was the perfect place to stay for a golf weekend at St. James. It's a 3-minute drive from the Members' Club golf course. Very clean and quiet, and just right for one or two people. The sink is bar-sink size and doubles for bathroom and kitchen, so a little tight. Fridge is big and has a separate freezer - nice for ice packs. Ashlea was a terrific host, with proactive info and clear directions - helpful, since neighborhood numbering system was confusing. All in all, a great stay and I would return!

Our stay at this lovely condo in St. James plantation was exactly what we needed during a meaningful time. We were in town to attend a celebration of life. Our host was incredibly compassionate, accommodating, and responsive, ensuring our stay was peaceful and stress-free. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference during the special time. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay within St. James Plantation community near the marina and restaurant. The host went above and beyond our expectations!!

Great value, location, clean rental, accommodating and responsive host! We really enjoyed getting our family together at OKI thanks to Gina’s place. It’s is really well done with plenty of additions where Gina goes above and beyond to make it a great stay - the waffle maker, mix and maple syrup was a nice little touch.

A Coastal Bungalow Retreat

There’s nothing to change about Lo-ki on Oki. Denise and Chad thought of everything to make their beach home feel like you’re at home. Clean. Comfortable. A perfect beach home. The golf cart was great to have but the house is a very walkable distance straight down 40th to the access, 0.85 miles to be exact. We stayed for 2 weeks and were torn between being complete beach bums or exploring. (Wilmington and Southport are worth taking a day away from the beach to check out.) Super friendly area, everyone waves hello, a few favorite spots to eat out were Shagger Jacks and Koko Cabanas. The enclosed front porch is a great spot for your morning coffee and/or evening cocktail hour. Fenced in backyard was great to let the hounds run their laps. Made a few dinners at home and had every utensil/pots/pan etc that we needed. The outdoor shower was PERFECT for after my morning running and our days at the beach. I think we used that shower way more than the indoor ones. 5 + ⭐️ and many 👍🏼!

Robert was an excellent host. Very responsive to my inquiries, clear communication, and made sure everything was in order for me. The stay was very pleasant, the room well stocked with all necessities. Lovely pool within walking distance, easy parking, and the safety of a gated community. Highly recommend!
