Holiday rentals with beach access in Marina di Castagneto Carducci

Lisa and her husband were absolutely amazing, very accommodating and open. We got a lot of tips for trips, entertainment and restaurants. The apartment was very nice and well furnished. We had everything we needed. Thank you, if we go to this area, we will definitely stay with Lisa.

Christine really made sure we felt at home, knew where everything was, how to catch the right buses, knew the local best places to visit, gave us ideas of what to do. She was amazing and her place is safe for my wife and two younger daughters. We loved every minute of our stay at Christine’s place. I’m sure you will too if you decide to visit it too.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Great accommodation for those who want to relax and stay away from the noise of the city. Even with bad weather, we still relaxed thanks to the garden in the apartment. The sea is really a stone's throw away, so much so that sometimes you can hear the waves from the house. Precise host, responsive and present if you need anything. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and Maria is a great and very friendly host. At the check-in Maria showed us the apartment and came with local recommendations. We came by car and it was not a problem for us to find parking. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities. Thank you Maria for making us feel like home, we would definitely stay there again.

Simona was very helpful and kind. She helped with any questions that we had around the area and made sure that we knew the best places to go. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and right beside the beach. Everything was neat and clean, kitchen and bathroom had everything that was needed. Some local snacks were placed in the kitchen for us to try which added a homey feel to the area. Overall I would definitely go back and can’t recommend the place enough, very very friendly host and a lovely community to be surrounded by.

We were personally welcomed by Antonella. Very nice apartment, generously equipped. Balcony with partial view of the sea. Thanks to the delicacies provided by Antonella (wine, pasta, etc.), we were already able to enjoy the view with a dinner on the evening of arrival. Although close to the center, quiet residential area. The old town as well as the very beautiful pebble beach "Le Ghiaie" can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We can recommend Antonella's apartments at any time and would be happy to come back.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

My friends and I stayed at Lisa’s for 5 nights and had the most amazing time. The view is incredible and the pool was perfect to take a dip in on a hot summers day. Lisa and her husband were very friendly and knew lots about the area. The pizza oven was a real highlight for us. If we are back in Pisa we will definitely be staying here. 100% recommend!

Great, very well-equipped apartment in a good location, close to the center and close to the beach. Fenced garden and nearby parks were ideal for our dog. Free parking directly in front of the house (but in May/June. In the high season, the parking situation is probably much more difficult). Mauro was a very friendly host. We would come back anytime.

Very special accommodation directly by the sea! Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean, swimming in the private natural pool down the cliff and admiring beautiful sunsets with the sight of islands at the horizon. In my opinion the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures and has the special charme of a renovated shelter. If you love the ocean and don’t need a lot of comfort this place is for you! We absolutely loved it :) thank you Fabio for hosting us and for the kind communication!

It was our first vacation in 3 with a 6-month-old daughter and we had a great time, a clean and cozy house with everything for the little one; very quiet and quiet area, Claudia is always available, I recommend it.

We spent a few days in Debora and Dario's apartment. They were very helpful and came to meet us both with the check-in and check-out time! The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach, so great if you are traveling with small children and you need to go back and forth to avoid the hottest hours and break the day! The terrace is also appreciated, always ventilated and perfect for alfresco dining!

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and you'll find a wonderful beach. There are beautiful stand bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with many details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Nevertheless, Sharon was there for us at 11 pm. That was great.

We stayed a few days at Diego’s place in San Vincenzo and really enjoyed the location — just 50 meters from a beautiful, quiet public beach with calm water and few people. The apartment is simple but spacious. The bed was quite soft, we would have prefered a firmer matress, but it was fine for a short stay. It’s within walking distance of the town center, and there’s a lovely little garden area shared with Diego, although we didn’t use it. Diego was very kind, gave us helpful local tips, and even helped us rent a bike. Thank you!

Apartment in a great location to visit Piombino, very close to Piazza Bovio and the historic center but at the same time with the possibility of parking nearby. Daniele welcomed us for check-in, always starting clearly, we did not need him for the duration of the stay but he had still made himself available.

Super nice apartment. Everything you need. We were warmly welcomed. There were welcome drinks, snacks to eat such as noodles, basil, tomatoes, cornflakes for the children, spices, coffee, etc. We lacked nothing, there was even a hand vacuum cleaner. The location was great, there was a possibility to park the car for free on the street. We have rarely been in such a well-equipped apartment.
