My boyfriend and I stayed here to be close to the airport. the plane traffic wasn't loud either. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and explore some delicious restaurants nearby. Naoki was very kind and accommodating. The placew was beautiful! Highly recommend staying here, especially if you need to be close to the airport.

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Daniela is the greatest hostess! Really! The apartment is wonderful and left me with a WOW effect. Very nice and modern furnishings, no hovel! Everything is very great and professionally renovated - and most importantly: Daniela attaches great importance to hygiene and cleanliness. The bathroom was very clean - as was the floor. No dust or anything. Upon arrival, I met Daniela in person. Very emphatic, friendly, helpful and professional - just as you imagine it. The apartment has all the equipment your heart desires. Daniela thinks of her customers and stores coffee, water, spreads such as Nutella, etc. for the customers free of charge - simply great. I'm really impressed. I can only highly recommend 👍

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

The apartment was easy to access, impeccably clean, and very well maintained. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made my stay extremely comfortable. The host was welcoming and took the time to show me around the property, as well as recommend excellent local restaurants and shops. With a bus stop located less than a minute away, getting around the city was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this accommodation and will certainly choose to stay here again on future visits to Rome.

A wonderful and peaceful stay, very close to the airport but quiet and calm to recharge after a long trip. Catia's husband was incredibly kind to help us and took us to a nearby store to stock up for the night. We loved the apartment and hope to come back soon.

Very nice appartement for a city where appartement are usually very small. If you looking to tour and rest, it's one of the place. Spacious, very Italian, great vibe. All beddings, showers, kitchen were great. Despite the traffic, the appartement is very quiet and very large. Coming with two couple or even three you will have plenty of space. We were a party of 3 and it was really big for us, everyone had their own space. Pietro was very helpful and helped us feel welcome in Rome! Thank you!

We returned after a year and, as expected, we had a great time. Antonio and his wife are great people, they make you feel at home. The location is also excellent, especially for those who want to travel by train. Perfect quality/price ratio....try it for yourself.

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Beautiful interior design, Italian taste for sure! Tall ceilings, clean, and a beautiful court yard. The highlight for us was the cat (Baja) who lived in the courtyard, she was so beautiful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place.

We stayed at apartment for 4 nights, everything went nicely. We were welcomed in person, everything was instructed, the apartment was as per description, and when we left, Carla picked up the keys from us and returned the deposit. The Wi-Fi did not work, but that was so me issue within the town Internet provider.

The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. We loved our stay! It was a short 15 min train ride to Rome and the station was just outside the apartment. The supermarket was on the other side of the road and a nice little cafe with really nice coffee! 100% recommend this accommodation! Thankyou ;)

Giulia's apartment is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to combine a seaside vacation with visits to Rome. With a sea view, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need (even more), it is close to both the beach and the train station. The host is very kind and responsive, communication with her is easy. We will have in mind Giulia's place for the next year's vacation, as well.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well cared for, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was very comfortable and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. just like the pictures. great instructions for entry, albeit complicated. tub was great, AC was great, bed and linens were great, and the price was around 160euros for me, so the value was good in comparison to similar listings in the area. it's quiet until nighttime when noise from 4 floors down at the restaurants of Trastevere get going and they go late, so the earplugs were useful. the elevator was scary, because it wobbles back and forth, but worked. I was grateful for the rest and the bathroom felt like a luxury after many weeks of much smaller accomodations.
