Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marina di Mancaversa-Giannelli

The hosts welcomed us very kindly and during our stay we felt more than comfortable. The house is offerring you anything you need and we liked its charme with all the beautiful details, decorated by heart. The place is very quiet and peaceful and you have all the privacy. There is the small town Felline, which you reach quickly by car. We loved Everything, especially the outdoor aera with the big swimming pool and the beautiful terracce. Would come back at any time. What a beautifully decorated, tasteful home in Diso that Chiara has created. The exposed star vaults and wooden floors exude an air of elegance and charm as soon as you walk in. The objets, furniture and lights are curated with care and taste and the floor to ceiling windows exposing the back courtyard are exquisite. Francesco considerately brought us a table and chairs with which to sit under the mandarin tree and watch both the sun and the stars it was just a delight. They provide a cosy home in the Salento, just a stones throw to the excellent Coffee Time for a coffee and the beautiful town church. Thank you for such a peaceful stay.

There were two of us staying at the place for six nights and more than satisfied. May is before the season, so we were alone in the entire street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was nothing difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easily accessible and friendly!

The house is very well located in the historic center of Matino. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house is very well equipped and you feel very good there. The terrace is super nice. And Chloe is always available. We had a lovely stay.

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

We had a great 5 days exploring the area by car. Ersilia was very responsive and gave good recommendations. The accommodation had everything we needed, with a beautiful pool and garden area. Thank you!

We stayed 3 days in the home, which with its 2 roof terraces is superbly located with a fantastic view of the sunset. The relatively few square meters are well utilized and tastefully decorated, and it was easy to find parking within a short walking distance to the apartment with a recommendation from Ivan. Only on Sundays/holidays, you should be aware that parking is not allowed due to the market. The small town has plenty of bars and several good restaurants. There are cards to a nice sandy beach and several down the coast, and along the beach promenade there is a nice walking / running / cycling path several kilometers in both directions along the bay, if you also want to exercise. Good location for excursions to the slightly larger nearby towns and attractions. Clearly a place we'd like to come back to. Both for the quality of the home and the area's amenities.

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Beautiful house, very nice, in a pretty and pleasant immediate neighborhood. There's everything you need in the house... it was very good.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

We spent three nights at Ippazio's place - it was great. The house is in a very quiet pocket, a short wall to a rocky, quiet beach and with stunning views of the sunset. Kitchen was surprisingly well-equipped, which was great as restaurants are a short drive away. Ippazio was very responsive, a great host! Thank you!

Perfect! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Alessandro was a great host, he arranged a shuttle for us from Lecce to drop us right outside of the front door which is ideal as not sure how we would have got there from the train station. He was waiting for us and gave us a personal tour of the apartment and how everything worked so there was no trying to work it all out on our own. The terrace was an absolute delight! It is in the heart of the old town with many bars and restaurants just steps away which was wonderful! I would highly recommend a stay and hope to go back myself one day.

I had a great stay, the apartment was impeccable. The view was magnificent, the area very friendly and quiet, perfect for a romantic trip or to recharge. The host is super responsive, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation😁.

We had a great experience at Villa Regina and loved the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Great host and quick to accommodate any of our requests. 10 minutes away from downtown Gallipoli and withing walking distance from a groceries shop. Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding apartment: three spacious elegant bedrooms with very comfy beds, each with an en suite bathroom. The terrace has a lovely view and is the highest of all surrounding buildings, ie very private. Modern kitchen. AC in each room that works and is easy to operate. Giovanni was responsive - what we asked for was addressed quickly, as well as they could. We had one issue which was properly compensated for.

We had a lovely stay in Nardò. The apartment is in a back street, just off the main square in the old town. You are spoilt in your choices of places to eat, drink and snack, all within a very short walk. You are also within walking distance of the train station if you didn’t fancy driving. We took the train to Lecce for a day trip. We loved just sitting on Piazza Antonio Salandra with a spritz and a negroni watching the locals going about their business long in to the evening. We had a wonderful stay in Gallipoli. The apartment has everything you need for daily life and is very quiet. The roof terrace with the view of the sea is simply fantastic and on foot you can quickly reach the old town. Clear recommendation!

Alessia was very communicative from the beginning. Both through text and through the Airbnb app. She allowed us to check out a bit later, which was great since we had luggage we needed to take to our car. One recommendation would be to tell guests coming from other places other than Europe that the apt is in the second floor, not the first floor.

I had a wonderful month in Lecce, a great deal attributes to the fact that I was staying at Fausto’s apartment. I think we’ve got the best view in the city. I really like this apartment a lot. It has every good quality that’s been mentioned in the previous reviews, and more. I also wanted to thank Fausto for his prompt responses and assistance. I had some knee issues and required assistance to get me to the train station and to the right platform the day I left and Fausto did not hesitate to help. For that he has my gratitude and thanks. I hope to return to Lecce and this beautiful apartment again in the future.

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.
