The interior consists of a double bedroom, an open space with a kitchen and living room (with a double sofa bed), and a bathroom.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

In the house there are: living room, kitchen, dining room, four bedrooms (two double with air conditioning, one with two single beds with air conditioning and one with single bed), as well as two bathrooms. Wi-Fi and parking spaces are also available.

The train station is nearby and makes the accommodation ideal for those who want to experience Viareggio without the need for a car.

Nara apartment is located in the center of Pietrasanta, the small Athens of Versilia, in one of the few streets with a predominantly residential composition, therefore quiet and private. 
 Located just 100 meters from Piazza Duomo, the apartment is very close to the city's main restaurants, shops and art galleries. The sea and the Versiliana Park are minutes away by bike (provided free of charge for the entire stay - 3 adult sizes)

Elegant flat with two bedrooms (one double and one twin), in the heart of Avenza, on the third floor of a building with lift. The location is perfect for those who want to be close to all amenities, such as shops, the train station, the motorway, which is easily accessible by car, and the beach, which is only a few kilometres away. The flat is equipped with all amenities, including air conditioning in the double bedroom.

The apartment/tavern is on the ground floor of a single-family house, separated from the first floor, guaranteeing privacy for guests. It has a large garden, veranda and private parking, in a very quiet setting 1.2 km from the walls of Lucca, 16 minutes on foot, 1.4 km from the train station. The apartment has a low internal height (with the exception of the living room), making the atmosphere cozy. Pets welcome.

Accommodation taxes are included in the price. Bath towels are changed every 3 days, bed linen is changed every week. Every 3 days, with the guest's permission, I check if anything is missing for breakfast and tidy up the apartment.
