I had an amazing stay at Tranquil Oasis! The location couldn’t be better—just a short, easy walk to the convention center without even stepping outside, thanks to direct access through the skyline. Super convenient! The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. It’s very spacious, with two large bedrooms and all the amenities you could need. Whether you're working or relaxing, this place feels like home. Getting around downtown was a breeze—scooter-friendly streets made it fun and easy to reach grocery stores, restaurants, and other attractions. To top it all off, the host was fantastic—very friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. If you're visiting the area, this is the place to be!

Beautiful venue! Obscure you wouldn’t know there was a residential place to live there! Can be lively and lots of noises at night but did not bother me. Tons of activities to entertain! Also the beds are comfy and heated bathroom floors are a treat!

We loved the place and greatly enjoyed the privacy. All the extra amenities helped out tons and the private parking garage gives you peace of mind for your vehicle.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!

Good overall. Easy to walk downtown via the canal. The room was clean and uncluttered. The hosts were very responsive.

Super private and peaceful house. It's was a perfect place to access Indy for any event! Don't miss a burger at Workingman's Friend within walking distance ;)

John’s place was wonderful. Had everything we needed. Nicely furnished. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. John was so helpful, communicated with detail and overall very nice person! Would stay again if we’re back in Indy!

The place is simply amazing. Both Bill and Susan are so nice and accommodating. You could not ask for better hosts. We will be back again. I will give it a 20 out of 1-10

The host was extremely helpful and responsive! Offered us early check-in and answered right away with any questions I had. We had the perfect stay, the home is beautiful and large for our family. The fenced in backyard is huge & was great to have.

Great place to stay! Beautifully decorated and plenty of space. We loved the outdoor spaces and spent every evening out on one of the several porches and decks. The neighborhood is still a mix of new and rundown so I wouldn't recommend taking a nighttime stroll or anything but we didn't have any issues and would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Indy at B’s place. The house was incredible! So clean, cozy, and had everything we needed!

It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

It felt like a true home away from home. The location was ideal—peaceful, safe, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. Whether we were relaxing inside or exploring the area, we were always comfortable and happy. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I’d give it 10 stars if I could! Awesome place and amazing location! The free parking that’s included is wonderful, makes the stay very easy! Host is very responsive and helpful with very clear check in instructions! Great location surrounded by amazing food places and many things to do in walking distance!

Great location to stay if you are going for games at Gainbridge. Very convenient to be able to walk. Lucas Oil is also not very far away and very walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this Indy apartment. It was perfect for our family! The space was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which was a huge win with our 10-month-old who slept great every night. The location couldn’t have been better. Once we parked, we didn’t have to drive at all. We walked everywhere, including to the Indiana Fever game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, which was just a 5-minute walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, and the pool at CityWay was a highlight. This trip was incredible, and it all started with this great place. Thank you again

We enjoyed the space. It was clean, and spacious. I wish I had noticed that there were loft windows to the family room/kitchen in the bedrooms. It’s my fault for not noticing in the pictures, but the windows mean if the lights are on in the family room the bedrooms aren’t dark so going to bed before other people in the space is not easy. But overall definitely worth the price.

We stayed while my son was getting medical treatment at Riley Hospital for a week. It was beautiful and comfortable. I had a few questions, and they were answered immediately. We would definitely stay again, given the opportunity!
