Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. Among other things, there is a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eater Giovanni Midwoud that also delivered. There is a motorboat available for a fee. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

At the edge of the nature reserve "Varkensland", less than 15 minutes from Amsterdam, you will find our completely renovated guesthouse. A sunny two-story house with garden and water. From this oasis of peace and quiet you can discover this beautiful region, with historic towns such as Monnickendam and Marken. Amsterdam is also literally right around the corner here. The bus ride to Amsterdam should take 10 minutes. The bus leaves every 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop.

Built in 1888 as "Haagsche Aak", this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank House and Centraal Station. The ship has 5G internet, TV, central heating and free parking. U has the exclusive use. Outside on the deck one has a beautiful view of the Keizersgracht and there are many shops and restaurants around the corner.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes by bus you are at Amsterdam Central Station. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.

Welconny is a standalone wooden cottage with private entrance in the beautiful, quiet area noorderplassen West of Almere. Our cottage is great for holidaymakers who want to cycling or walking. But this cottage is also perfect for business people who want to enjoy the garden after a busy day of work and the environment. The city of Amsterdam is 30 min. by bus and train or by car.
