Very large, cozy cottage on Little Twin Lake, which is one of the cleanest/clearest lakes in Michigan! The property is situated on a large wooded lot (over 1 acre). Located only 30 minutes from Traverse City, Boyne Mountain Resort, and Gaylord. 20 minutes from Torch Lake and Bellaire. 15 minutes from Shanty Creek Golf and Ski Resort. Set on 2 lots with large back yard overlooking the lake. 100 steps to small neighborhood beach where the kids can swim and you can moor your boat for the day. Very quiet area on East Bay. Kitchens are both nicely equipped for large groups. 2 large driveways with plenty of rooms for cars, boats, and RV trailers.
