April is a great host and very responsive! When I informed her we would be arriving several hours later than planned, she went to the house and turned on all the lights to make it easy to find in the rural wooded setting. I loved sitting on the porch with my morning coffee and listening to the birds all around in the woods and fields.

Jennifer‘s place was exactly as described if not better. We reached out to her and brought our dog and the fenced in yard was an excellent addition to the trip. Jennifer was very responsive.

Jessica is an awesome, responsive, and helpful host for a very clean, relaxing, family-style house. It was the perfect place for my family to use as a base camp for vacationing in the area. It's very close to kayaking, and just a short drive to white water rafting, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Thanks Jessica for being such a wonderful host!

We picked this house for the proximity to Cass and is a good option if you don’t want to be up in Snowshoe. The town restaurants weren’t very good so I would plan to cook at the house (bring all your groceries, the local store is limited) and the only local fishing seems to be fly fishing so we had to drive at least an hour to get to a lake. Otherwise, the host is great and there was a band in town that was a lot of fun!

First and foremost, Ashley and Ryan were extremely responsive. Second, the house was attractively decorated. The table in the back dining area was stunning. The huge fenced yard was wonderful for our dogs, and was really easy to access from the inside . It was nice having bedrooms upstairs and downstairs. The proximity of the parking to the front door made unloading and packing exceptionally easy. We enjoyed having two separate bathrooms. It was also a Bo us being able to use the washer and dryer. The time spent at Sunny Retreat was such a vibe. It was quiet and peaceful. Lewisburg was a nice town to explore; from the waterfalls, state parks, and resturants.

Absolutely loved this place! Great trails close by, friendly neighborhood. The home was sparkling clean; check in was extremely easy. I will definitely recommend this home and will be there again!

This was a perfect place to stay for a few days while my husband attended orientation at the medical school. The house was very comfortable and had everything we possibly needed. We were able to cook, but were also very close to all the local restaurants. I recommend to anyone looking to visit Lewisburg, or needing a short-term stay.

I had a lovely time and appreciated the access to the spa. The warm springs pools were nearby, and there were plenty of lovely vineyards, restaurants, hikes, and beautiful views. I can't think of a better location for enjoying Bath County.

Great location with spectacular reviews. Wifi in the house could be improved as signals are pretty weak. Enjoy our time here every year and look forward to being back in 2026.

honestly the drive up in the mountains to the air bnb is nice! the place is nice small and quiet. I enjoyed my stay and if I'm ever in the area best believe I'm coming back!

Charming old farmhouse just 5 minutes from the Omni Homestead Resort and 10 minutes from the Warm Springs bathhouses!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The house is very close to Snowshoe, clean and has absolutely amazing views! Any questions we had, the hosts were very quick to respond and help. It was a perfect place to gather after a cold day on the slopes!

This house was fantastic and offered an unforgettable opportunity for me and my family to spend a VMI reunion together. The house was very clean and comfortable. Justin even ordered a fire pit for us to use and enjoy. The house is about a 10 minute drive to VMI and W&L. I would definitely recommend this house for a reunion weekend or a place to stay while enjoying Lexington and the surrounding area.

We had an excellent vacation staying at Mark's cabin! The views from the cabin's large windows are breath taking!!! The cabin is so clean, with all the amenities provided for a relaxing time. His cabin was well organized and comfortable. We enjoyed listening to the rain in the evening, while playing board games there. The flickering of lightening bugs in the night as they lit up the mountains was beautiful. Mark was excellent with communication. The driving directions he gave were easy to follow, along with check in and check out information. We HIGHLY recommend staying at his cabin: called "Against the Wind."

Perfect place to stay. We felt right at home. We actually took notes from the house for our own home we loved it so much. Very proactive with the dogs, having doggie bags and towels for them. Very proactive with our child offering books and crayons along with offering a pack n play. We absolutely loved it. The creek surrounding was the perfect touch for an early morning Bible read and mediation while the birds sang. Was able to meet Jan and her husband they were very friendly. 10/10 would recommend for any of your staying needs. We stayed with our 2 year old toddler, golden retriever and Jack Russel. It was perfect for us. We will be back for sure.

What a great place for our family to stay during W&L Graduation week! The location is beautiful and just a few minutes from downtown Lexington! We loved being right next to the tasting room to just walk over and grab a few of bottles of wine! I loved that my dogs were able to be a part of our mini-vacay. The gated back area was so convenient and perfect for our pups. I would recommend getting there during the daylight. The gravel road to the guest house is dark. Overall an amazing stay!

Such a beautiful location, building and great hosts! The cabin was wonderful with great cooking utensils, pans, coffee maker and all the items needed. George and Kathy are lovely people. You won’t go wrong booking this escape! Thank you so much!

This was one of the best stays we ever had. location is beautiful and secluded away from traffic. I am glad we could bring our puppy with us and he had a blast. The camper was very spacious and very well kept. Very good place for stargazing and enjoying the mountains. Cant wait to go back with our puppy!

Laurie and Rudy are fantastic hosts. They provided clear and responsive communications to include recommendations to local restaurants and activities. Their place is secluded but not remote. Close to local fishing, hiking, hot springs, and golfing. Ideal location for fun outdoors. Looking forward to returning for another adventure soon.

Patricia’s space was amazing! The home was cozy and comfortable. Great internet as well for working from the place. Convenient location in Marlinton, would love to visit again when weather is warmer! Patricia was quick to respond with any questions as well.

The place was very nice and clean! The area it is around is pretty small, so it was close to everything! I felt safe in the area as well. Robbie was super responsive and his instructions were very clear, so I had no issues!
