Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marmari

If you are looking for a place that has everything you possibly need within a short walking distance and everything you need to be productive (gigabit fiber optics, PC monitors and keyboards, standing desk, etc), look no further! And if you want to see any of the touristic sites in and around Athens, the metro stop is just a short walk away. I had an urgent medical issue to treat and Yorgos really went above and beyond to help me get treated at a nearby clinic; he is an exceptionally caring person. My stay at Yorgos' apartment was one of the best, if not the best, Airbnb experiences I have had after being on this platform for over 10 years. Highly recommended.

Excellent! A really lovely apartment on a beautifully quiet street, with wonderful balconies for breakfast and dinner. Every detail was considered. White cotton sheets, very comfortable beds, power shower. The kitchen was really well considered with quality appliances and crockery. Ioanna was so kind and helpful. Ten minute walk to a gorgeous beach. Highly recommended!

My stay at Tatyana’s apartment in Vari, Greece, was nothing short of exceptional. Tatyana is a phenomenal host—her communication was prompt, clear, and warm from the moment we booked. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a thoughtful gift of chocolates and wine that added a special touch to our arrival. The apartment itself is stunning, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The highlight is the large balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea—perfect for morning coffees or evening sunsets. We made great use of the washing and drying machine, which was a huge convenience. The location is ideal: just a short walk to the beach, a nearby supermarket, and an array of fantastic sea-view restaurants. Tatyana’s hospitality and the charm of her apartment made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Vari!

Ενα υπεροχα ανακαινισμενο διαμερισμα, ευρυχωρο, minimal και με πολυ καλη επικοινωνια και διαχειριση απο τον ιδιοκτητη. Η διαμονη μας ηταν εξαιρετικη!

Le logement d'Angela est très bien situé si vous avez besoin d'être près de l'aéroport. Propre, spacieux, bien équipé, avec 5 lits ce qui est très pratique. Sympa d'aller à la plage pas très loin. Angela est très réactive, n'hésitez pas à lui demander pour des réservations de taxi !

Οτιδήποτε κι αν χρειάστηκαμε ήταν άμεσοι, ευγενικοί και σε μια ιδιαίτερη στιγμή της ζωής μας ( το γάμο μας) ήταν εκεί διακριτικά και ιδιαίτερα δεκτικοί και διακριτική! Προέκυψε κάτι και γρήγορα το διαχειρίστηκαν άψογα! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Τα λέμε σύντομα!

I had a wonderful stay at Gerry's comfortable and stylish apartment! The place is excellent, with a perfect location—close to the beach and surrounded by different restaurants. Everything you need for a great vacation is right nearby. Gerry is very friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is well equipped, clean, and perfectly located—just a few steps from the beach. Vasileios and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming. When you're traveling with kids, it's so important to feel supported, and we truly felt that here. It’s comforting to know someone is nearby and willing to help if needed. Highly recommend this place for families—we’d love to come back!

The place is great and in a quiet neighborhood. The design is very nice and minimal. Master bedroom was excellent. Overall the place was quite good and at a good price point. Highly recommended!

20 days of pure bliss. This place is an incredible find! Secluded off main road, beautiful views/ sunsets from patio. I stayed here with my three children, ages 1-5 and it was perfect! Lots of toys, both indoor and outdoor. Total of 7 people stayed here and there was plenty of room for everyone! One full bathroom and then a water closet made it easy to accommodate the 7 people. Has washer and wash room with clothes line to dry outside. Outdoor shower was wonderful to use after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, short 5ish minute walk from Airbnb with amazing under road walkway so as to have to cross main road. Has restaurant located at beach as well. Amazing beach with no rocks and shallow area for kids to play in. Last but not least, Vaso and family were a perfect host! She was very accommodating to our needs. Very fast response to any message. Met us for check in and checked in multiple times during three week stay. She is simply the best! Would recommend to anyone

Really great location and well equipped property. Nearby supermarket and some great restaurants. Easy to get into the city by train. 1 bedroom and a sofa bed which was good space for us and our 2 children. Really nice shower. Would stay again for a trip to Athens.

Angeliki was a great host, very helpful & responsive. The accommodation was exactly as described. Would definitely recommend it.

Marios’ place was great! The apartment was clean, with all the necessary amenities. The building had a parking place which worked well for us. We definitely recommend it!

Très bon séjour, la maison est très bien et Lila était très chaleureuse et accueillante. Lila nous a sorti d’une belle ornière en venant nous chercher avec sa voiture après un restaurant, alors que les taxis étaient en grève. Je recommande vivement

Muy bien acondicionada la casa, con cosas útiles para bebo niño pequeño (cubiertos y platos de plástico, juguetes, ...). Además que la casa estaba limpia y muy bien decorada. Un estancia excelente.

Εξαιρετική θεα. Η τοποθεσια παρεχει πολλες επιλογες για φαγητο, καφε, βολτα στο παρκο,. Η ελπιδα ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικη και φιλικη. Το διαμερισμα ηταν παρα πολυ καθαρο , ομορφα διακοσμημενο και τελεια εξοπλισμενο με οτι μπορεις να χρειαστεις κατα τη διαμονη σου.

Very nice simply decorated apartment. Great balcony with amazing view, very near to restaurants. Have to get a taxi from Athens airport as was no public transport. Beautiful bay with nice beaches. Easy check-in, Lefteris very responsive

Πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική η Κωνσταντίνα. Το σπίτι άψογο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις και τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές. Μας επέτρεψε να μπούμε νωρίτερα από την ώρα check in και να φύγουμε αργότερα από την ώρα check out, το οποίο μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ.

Flat is amazing! Stylish, well-equipped, quiet, sleeping was good. Located in a safe and lively neighbourhood, near forest and University. About 50 minutes to city center if you decide to walk. Another hill, Lycabettus, 40 minutes away by walking with amazing view over the whole city. We stayed 1 month and could also explore other interesting parts of Athens, like Kifisia and Psychiko using metro. Overall, top of the top! Thanks Michalis for helping with everything, too!
