Beachfront holiday rentals in Marotta

We waren blij met het ruime appartement. De tweede slaapkamer is tevens woonkamer. Dat is te zien op de foto’s maar dat hadden we ons niet gerealiseerd. Falconara zelf viel ons wat tegen, maar Ancona en Senigallia waren erg leuk om te bezoeken. Maria Rosaria is zeer vriendelijk en communicatief, ook al was ze zelf niet ter plaatste. Dat was geen enkel probleem omdat ze altijd snel reageert.

Nonostante un inconveniente con l'alloggio Michele si è prodigato risolvendo al meglio, permettendoci di godere al meglio del nostro soggiorno !

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti accolti e siamo stati davvero benissimo, come a casa, il posto è bellissimo , piacevole e tranquillo. Lo consiglio estremamente. La casa è pulitissima e anche senza aria condizionata è fresca per la sua posizione, nonostante la piccola salita è a pochi passi dal mare, e , se la salita non volete fare un autobus potete trovare!🙃 . ringrazio ancora Domenico e Pamela.

Beatrice is een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame host. De omgeving en de ligging van het appartement is geweldig. Strand is op loopafstand en restaurants zitten om de hoek. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad en het is zeker een aanrader. We zouden hier zeker eens terugkomen.

¡El alojamiento de Angela es espectacular! Es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Con vistas al mar y acceso a la playa a menos de 5 minutos andando. Fuimos 2 parejas con niños y , al tener 2 baños y una amplia cocina y salon, estuvimos increiblemente cómodos. Fácil de aparcar en la misma calle de la casa. La comunicacion con Angela ha sido muy eficiente. Contesta en menos de 3 horas y está muy pendiente de que todo esté a tu gusto. Nosotros necesitabamos una cuna de viaje y nos la facilitó sin problema. Si vuelvo a la zona, repetiré sin dudarlo.

Lovely apartment, decor very modern. Shower was really powerful and the coffee and cake at the wonderful Pino’s every morning was a massive bonus! Lovely staff and surroundings.

Alloggio perfetto, pulito, ordinato e con tutto l’occorrente. Posizione ottima e soprattutto posto auto privato che non è per niente facile da trovare. E soprattutto Sara è un host adorabile, super disponibile e cordiale, ma soprattutto onesta. Soggiorno perfetto, super consigliato!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un torneo di beach volley. Eravamo in 6, la casa rispetta la descrizione ed è comoda con una terrazza esterna veramente carina. l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliata.

Wir hatte das Vergnügen, in einer neu renovierten, wunderschönen und geräumigen Wohnung zu wohnen. Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr sauber, sondern auch äusserst gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, was perfekt für Strandliebhaber ist. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt und alle wichtigen Einrichtungen ist hervorragend. Die Vermieterin war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Fragen oder Anliegen, was den gesamten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Sie erfüllt alle Erwartungen an Komfort, Sauberkeit und eine perfekte Lage zum Strand!

This is a wonderful place to be, the most awesome place I’ve ever rented. Very clean, very beautiful, very comfy, very well equipped, very safe, very well located, very amazing view, all was perfect. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal gelegen in Sirolo. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks kann man kurz vorfahren und dann das Auto parken ( dafür gibt es einen Ausweis ) . Danach braucht man das Auto nicht mehr. Restaurants, Bars und Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Auch zu den wunderschönen Stränden kommt man zu Fuß - allerdings ist der Rückweg etwas beschwerlich weil es bergauf geht. Der kleine Pool und die Aussenküche sind einzigartig ,

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Thank you!

Das Hauswarswhr sauber. Wir haben. Uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist nur 2 Gehminuten, perfekt. Zimmer und alles drumherum ist so sauber, wirklich klasse. Tolle Gegend. Gastgeber super nett.

Die Wohnung ist genial gelegen. Nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand oder zum hauseigenen, sehr sauberen, Pool. Von der Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick direkt auf das Meer, vom Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang. Der Check-In von Andrea war sehr hilfreich und er hat mir auf einer Karte diverse Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten gezeigt. In ca. 100 Meter Entfernung hat es einen super Lebensmittelladen. Die Küche und Bad waren sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet und das Ausziehsofa sehr bequem. Den angebotenen Parkplatz (nicht vor dem Haus) für meine Vespa habe ich nicht genutzt, da es vor der Residenz sehr viele öffentliche Motorradparkplätze hat. Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

Maurizio persona veramente rara al giorno d'oggi, accogliente, gentile e molto disponibile per ogni evenienza. Mi ha accolto nell'appartamento con un graditissimo omaggio locale. Grazie. Residenza completa di tutto il necessario e locata in un ottima posizione per: mare , passeggiate in centro e d'intorno a piedi o in bicicletta. Ci tornerò sicuramente. È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo alloggio delizioso e, come la prima volta, siamo davvero felici di averlo scelto. Stefano è un host eccellente, cordiale e sempre disponibile, la zona è tranquilla ma punteggiata di tanti bar, ristoranti, supermercati e simili, l’appartamentino è vicinissimo al mare (raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti) e la stazione di Rimini Viserba (anch’essa facilmente raggiungibile a piedi) permette comodi collegamenti con le località circostanti. Questo alloggio è un’ottima opzione anche per chi non è automunito, grazie alla sua eccellente posizione. Il self-check-in è comodissimo e facile da gestire, e Stefano fa sempre del suo meglio per consentire orari di check-in e check-out il più possibile flessibili e comodi per gli ospiti. Consigliatissimo 🥰 P.S.: Al nostro arrivo, Stefano ci ha fatto trovare sia delle bibite in frigo che dei biscotti di benvenuto!

Останавливались у Мары на три дня. Прекрасное расположение дома, пару минут до пляжей, много хороших ресторанов вокруг. Очень хорошая, чистая квартира, с приятным ремонтом. Было все необходимое для жизни. Мара оказалась очень добрым человеком, помогла с нашей проблемой. Рекомендуем

Absolutely fantastic stay. Host is extremely hospitable-thanks Francesco, ciao. Extremely peaceful and hidden gem in the mountainside off the coast. Highly recommend. Will return.

Je suis ravie du séjour passé dans cet appartement spacieux, confortable avec balcon et garage privatif et j'ai adoré son look vintage. Georgio et sa compagne ont été chaleureux accueillants et disponible L'appartement reçoit une note de 20 sur 20 La géolocalisation est parfaite entre la plage et la ville historique, et pour le coté pratique un Lidl à 800 mètres Bonne localisation mais malheureusement incontournablement lié à nuisances sonores (train et touristes bruyants à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit) Le bilan reste pour moi positif et j'y retournerai avec plaisir
