Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Marritza

One of the cleanest apartments that I have ever visit..very beautiful also..the location was great ..u could go by feet at the port and the old town..Chicco was very friendly and was answering very quick in every question…we were 3 friends living for 8 days and the apartment is very comfortable ..and as a plus the 2 separate bathrooms..I would 100% recommend to anyone that wants to visit Alghero.

Rita is absolutely amazing , very helpful and ready to help you with everything you need. House is very clean and only 15 minutes away from the Gulf of Asinara beautiful beaches.

We had a great time. The apartment was very nice, superb terrace with views, bedrooms and bedding very good. Ideally located in the heart of the upper city of Bonifacio. The stairs to get to the apartment are very steep but that didn't bother us.

This apartment is bigger than in the photos. Located beautifully within walking distance to Palau centre with restaurants and gelatos- max 10min, less thank 5min walk to the beach. It has an amazing view on the sea and neighbouring island. Privet parking is a big plus. There is a shared garden big enough for kids to run around. Flat had everything you may need for your stay. To add to that, Colette was an amazing host, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. If you are there, ask her about the fresh pasta shop. We dined from there 3 evening and wanted more.

Fergus was an excellent host, communicative, responsive and helpful, providing local recommendations and advice. The flat was super for a family of 4, beautifully clean, spacious and well-equipped with wonderful views of Alghero old town from the terrace. Despite its central location it was a quiet and relaxing place to retreat to. Elisabetta met us, showed us around the flat and sat with us and a map to point out local places/beaches of interest, restaurants and so on - a thoughtful and welcome introduction. All in all a great experience!

lucky to have two beautiful warm days in late October. We also managed to swim in the beautiful pool of the accommodation... it would have been a shame not to take advantage of it. Yee!

Well Stefano is certainly a No 1 host. From booking to arrival and throughout our stay he kept in touch and was VERY helpful…… His place is perfect in every way and every detail taken care of. We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The location is very quiet and the garden beautifully landscaped, quiet and private. Our children could just walk around and play here. The pool and hot tub were of course also great. Due to the construction of the apartments, you are very private and everyone has their own area. The apartment is very charmingly furnished and everything has style. Only a little more cutlery and pots would have been practical for us, but this is how you washed regularly;) The barbecue outside is also great! Nearby is a good little supermarket and also a few restaurants. However, you need a car for everything or at least a bike. Overall, we thought it was fantastic and time passed far too quickly.

Great! Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short because I fell ill with a severe flu/pneumonia! Franck is simply a friendly person who was available at any time! I was so bad that he had his cell phone on all night so he could send an ambulance in case of an emergency! I couldn't have been more grateful! He inquired about my condition, even when we were back in Germany, he would have even paid us back rent, which would not have been necessary at all! We are infinitely grateful for his dedication & hospitality! The house is well equipped and was very clean! We felt comfortable and I spent many days in it because of my illness! I hope we can come back sometime, but then we'll rent the villa with pool opposite Franck ;) THANK YOU from the heart Franck 🤍 Best regards from Germany!

Jacqui’s place was amazing! We spent a week there with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful time together. It’s beautiful and even way better than in the pictures. This place gives you all the rest and piece of mind that you can wish for. Super clean and very stylish, beautiful with attention to details. We enjoyed it very much. It’s quite special that there is a main house and 2 separate tiny houses with a bath/shower. The surroundings are very nice and there is also a small village close by. It’s just great! Can really recommend Jacqui’s place. 10+ for sure

Our stay went very well. We were able to enjoy the beautiful villa, well located, quiet. This despite a rainy April weather at first, then very windy. The environment, especially the island near the Caprera, lends itself to beautiful hikes. The village of La Maddalena is very close, 5' by car, and there is everything you need. The host received us very well and was very accommodating for check-in and check-out times.

Morgan was a great host, always responded quickly and was very accommodating and made everything flexible - thank you very much! The house is small but absolutely sufficient for two people and one child. It stands on a site with other buildings surrounded by a wall. Morgan's horticultural company's service vehicles are also on the premises, so you are not completely alone there, but a separate garden area is visually well separated and you have your privacy. Chickens run free on the grounds and in the garden, and we had also discovered a turtle - which we as animal lovers thought was great. You just have to be careful not to step in chicken droppings barefoot in the garden meadow. It was really great that you could use the small gym in an outbuilding. Everything was clean in the house, the amenities absolutely sufficient for a vacation home. A great vacation and a great location!

The hosts behaved incredibly well, they quickly answered all our questions, they gave us all the useful information about the house and the surroundings by constantly ensuring if all the need is met, I have only words of praise about them and the house that looks impeccable and did not miss anything. All the necessary accessories were present.

The house is in a very quiet environment. We enjoyed having breakfast on the great terrace and we also liked being in the accommodation. Ahmed is also a very reliable and friendly landlord. He always responded very quickly and gave us good tips.

We were three adults with a toddler and had a wonderful time on the Costa Paradiso. Despite the approaching end of the season, most of the shops and restaurants were still open. The cottage is stylishly furnished with high-quality furnishings, nestled in a fantastic hilly landscape. Several beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops can be reached in a short time. Particularly noteworthy are the first-class and extensive kitchen equipment as well as the excellent, friendly communication with the host. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Stylish modern apartment up a flight of stairs from the street. Just in the old town, on a pedestrian street. Street is noisy during the day, but the apartment is quiet - and very quiet at night. Secure parking is available a couple of blocks away. Instructions were very clear (but NB you do need network coverage and Alghero is very poor for this!). Everything in town is easily walkable. Friendly and helpful host.

Perfectly positioned - within a couple of minutes of a supermarket, 5 minutes to the harbour and 10 minutes to the Bonifacio Citadel, so a fantastic location. Very modern apartment, with all modern furnishings and appliances. Lovely balconies to sit on (though the road can sometimes be a little noisy in the daytime). Charlotte the host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Casa Zaffiro is beautiful, a pristine renovation of a historical building in the heart of vibrant Alghero old town. We had a wonderful time exploring the local beaches, shops, bars, restaurants. The apartment is peaceful and private and equipped with everything you could need (for the beach, cooking, laundry). Alessandro and Vittoria are really warm and excellent hosts. We will definitely stay again. Thank you!

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment
