Jennifers place was great! We loved the cottage feel, and coziness of the home. The furniture was super comfy, the couch sinks you right in! I slept so good and everything was so peaceful. We loved the creek and the location of the home! Great communication. Highly recommend will be back.

The absolute BEST Air BnB we’ve ever stayed in! The pictures do not do this place justice. And we will be back again. In a nutshell we spent the entire time drinking coffee in the hot tub and only got out to eat meals or sit by the outdoor fireplace. This is a bit of heaven on earth. The kitchen has everything you could need or want. It’s extremely clean. And you feel right at home, right away.

As we were driving down the driveway to leave my son said ‘that was funner than fun!’ That definitely sums up our time at Sweet Janes! It’s such a wonderful find and cool concept. The whole property was good vibes and it was a perfect weekend getaway. We stayed in Rise and the cabin was wonderful. Even as a family of 5 we all fit easily and comfortably. The cabins were modern and artfully decorated, with a view of the woods. The bed was super comfortable, and usually I have a hard time sleeping in beds that aren’t my own! Lizzie was welcoming and fun to chat with. The community kitchen was really well stocked and lovely to use. I highly recommend a stay at Sweet Janes. We’ll definitely be returning!

If you are looking for a secluded stay within driving distance of Asheville, this is it. Ashley’s place above the barn is well-maintained, comfortable, and still retains the rustic feel of the original construction. My partner and I were fortunate enough to get in just ahead of a rainstorm the evening we drove up and were treated to the soothing rumble of rain on the roof and all around us. It was perfect ambience for a much-needed nap. After the storm passed, we enjoyed the sounds of the forest around us all evening and into the night. It was dark and peaceful and perfect! In addition to the space being an ideal retreat for our overnight, Ashley was responsive, detailed, and thoughtful. She even checked in on us just to make sure we were okay when we were running a little behind schedule arriving at the place. Such a great trip. The only thing that could’ve made it better was if we’d had time to stay longer. We truly hated to leave.

We recently stayed at this beautiful cabin, and it was truly a serene escape! The views overlooking the treetops and river were breathtaking, and the pictures matched exactly what we experienced. Our host was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We encountered a couple of hiccups at the beginning, but he promptly addressed them and kept in touch daily to make sure everything was going smoothly. The cabin itself was modern and well-equipped, with incredibly comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Being about 45 minutes north of Asheville gave us the perfect secluded vibe we were looking for. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature!

Beautiful and peaceful place to relax and get away from everything but close to Asheville and other areas I wanted to visit. Very well put together and thought out. I enjoyed the swing on the back porch in the mornings. The spa like bathroom is also very relaxing. For this trip, I was on my own and appreciated that there was a secluded feeling but the owners were above and available if needed. Everything I needed for a peaceful get away was provided. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This is a great place to stay if you're wanting a secluded and romantic getaway. It's the kind of place where if it rained the whole time you're there (like it did for us), you wouldn't care because it's so cozy and well-equipped. Plus, the sound of rain on the metal roof is soothing. The owners have done a great job with the decor and all of the thoughtful touches. Keep in mind that if you're planning on making a visit to downtown Marshall part of your vacation, many of the reviews you'll find online of downtown are pre-hurricane Helene. The town (and most of the restaurants and shops) were destroyed. They had started to rebuild when we were there (April), but almost nothing was open yet. So, check before you go.

Tanya’s place was very clean and exactly as described. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful. It is located in a quiet and safe area. I did mistakenly pull into the neighbor’s driveway (sorry, neighbor) because gps had no signal and it was dark. However, the mailbox does have the number on it, don’t know how I missed it but absolutely my fault! Thank you, Tanya.
