Holiday rentals with a patio in Martel

Figeac is a lovely place to visit and staying at Le Duplex made exploring the town very easy. The proximity to the old town with its shops and restaurants was great. We recommend taking the self guided walking tour to see all the interesting sights. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Just one piece of advice - there is a fantastic market every Saturday with stalls right outside the accommodation. If you have parked your car on the street outside Le Duplex there’s no way of leaving until the market has packed up. We very nearly got stuck!

We were hosted very well by Paulette. The accommodation is well arranged and in a quiet neighborhood. It's as described. Close to the center of Brive on foot. Very good experience

We had a great time in Prayssac. It's a calm and peaceful location. That's what we were looking for. The cottage is very good with a great pool. The hosts are pleasant and very responsive. However, the cottage we chose was a little small with a baby but is very suitable for a couple without children.

Very nice apartment for a romantic weekend. The accommodation is cozy and carefully decorated. Everything was impeccable. Virginia is a great host. Very pleasant in every way. We would happily stay again! ☺️

Fabulous accommodation in the very heart of Sarlat, just steps from the Cathedral and central square. Accommodation was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, with free parking easy to access. Via a short walk. We stayed at Frederic’s place for a week. The central location allowed us to travel easily to many of the highlights in the area returning in the evening to this delightful apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our experience and would highly recommend choosing this Air B if visiting the Dordogne region.

This accommodation is in all respects consistent with the description and photos. It is new, very clean, very quiet and really very well located. The city center and restaurants are nearby, there is no need to take your car. We would recommend this listing for a stay in Brive.

We could not recommend this location or hosts more. The place is beautiful with picturesque setting. The amenities are absolutely fantastic, we needed for nothing. aindoor and outdoor cooking space with all equipment on hand. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and were a pleasure to stay with. We cannot recommend this accommodation enough and will definitely be booking to visit again.

The hamlet of the castle we stayed in has been renovated with great taste and respect for history. Mia is a great host available, nice and smiling. The comfort of the cottage is of very high quality . Very quiet and nice services . Close to all the most beautiful places . For lovers of calm and nature .

We have just come back from a wonderful week at Jeanies Gite. We’ve had an amazing time and will be back. The location was idyllic. The accommodation was lovely. The pool was great. And Jeanie was so welcoming. We went to the Dordogne to sightsee but the Gite was so good we stayed there, other than a lovely kayak down the Dordogne. Thank you Jeanie, we will see you again. Soon hopefully!

We had a very pleasant stay in your very well-equipped house and where it is good to live together while preserving everyone's privacy, bedrooms with bathrooms. Pool, terrace, close to paths to walk, finally, Sarlat which is quickly accessible: a beautiful exotic place 😀

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a wonderful location with beautiful views over the valley and within easy walking distance to all. It was equipped with everything we could have wanted, great kitchen facilities, comfy seating, good beds and linen and the house was lovely and clean. Great place for a green stay. Ann & Luc are very welcoming, kind and available hosts (flexible hours, restaurant recommendations). The cottage is well arranged, it has a private terrace with superb views. Ann & Luc live next door and are very discreet. The environment is very quiet. The pool is shared with another cottage but we were alone so we were able to enjoy it fully. Unobstructed and clear view of the countryside. The land is very large with several small furnished corners (hammocks, oriental living room, brazier). We'll be happy to go back and highly recommend this place.

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)

We had an amazing stay with Anna and Krys! It was our first time on holiday with our 9 month old baby and this was the perfect location! They gave us such a warm welcome and Anna prepared everything for us: baby bath, baby bed and baby chair. So handy! The appartment was big enough, very clean and comfy. A nice bed and airco to cool down the appartment, although it stayed quite chill. The swimming pool wasn't far from the room and there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the whole domain. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Gite in a beautiful peaceful Saladin house. Very pleasant setting with rabbits to admire cool in the garden. The interior of the cottage is as described. The rooms are spacious and cool, which is nice in summer. Thank you very much Mark for your hospitality, your sightseeing tips and the bottle of rosé.

i would recommend it to everyone!!!! close to the city center by car, very clean apartment with a terrace that is too cute. hosts are more than nice! Go without a second thought.
