Our home is located on a beautiful 2.5 acre wooded setting with a small pond. We have hiking trails around the woods and a beautiful lawn to sit outside and enjoy. Our location can't be beat! Highway 131 is only two miles away. We are 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids, 20 minutes from Gun Lake Casino, 20 minutes to the airport, 35-40 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 25 minutes away from Yankee Springs Recreation area. The entire lower level is set up as a private space for you to enjoy.

This cozy but spacious apartment is the upstairs unit of a renovated barn built in the early 1900s. Recently refurbished, it retains charming features of the original barn. Though the setting is rural, set between corn fields and forest, it is just off of a main road and close to towns, Gun Lake Casino, and two ski resorts.
