New equipped kitchen (dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster), upstairs sitting area with connected TV, free wifi (fiber), a large bathroom, two separate toilets, one per level. 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed 160 x 200 and one with two beds 90 x 200.
