Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Surrounded by the green Tuscan hills at 200m above sea level,located 15 minutes far from the sea, between Lucca, Pisa, Florence and "5 Terre", very bright house in a panoramic position with a roof-top terrace. The house has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Equipped with air conditioning, fast connection wifi, smart TV, microwave oven,toaster,4-burner gas stove and electric oven,washing machine, iron. Barbeque on the terrace.

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house. The house is located in a small car free village. The view is magnificent and the place is very quiet, perfect to recharge your batteries. The hosts were wonderful. We asked for internet access and it was installed just in time for our stay. We had a few minor problems with hot water at the beginning of our stay but it was fixed very timely and efficiently (within 4 hours). The house is very clean and you have all the amenities you could wish for.

We are in the park of the Apuan Alps, 18 km from the coast. To get here you will need to walk for 1km, and go up a dirt road for 1,5km by car. Le Pietre, an eco-friendly home in nature

Le Pietre is a recently renovated farmhouse with the criteria of Biobuilding (details at the end) and immersed in the lush vegetation of the hills facing the sea. In front of the house you will find a beautiful pergola surrounded by sage, rosemary and rose plants. From late spring to autumn, you can get lost in listening to the singing of crickets and in summer evenings let you be amazed, like children, by the fireflies show that intertwines with that of stars in the sky

E' un appartamento facente parte di una tenuta completamente recintata di 60 ettari di natura incontaminata: più di 1000 ulivi, innumerevoli cipressi e foreste profumate creano un ambiente idilliaco per coloro che ricercano tranquillità e silenzi. La tenuta Palmierina è in prossimità di Castelfalfi (un vero gioiello di architettura medievale) e nelle vicinanze di Firenze (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), Pisa (50 Km). Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.

Villa in a dream location with pool

Bookable from September 6th to 13th and from September 29th. The villa is situated in a picturesque, secluded location with magnificent views, set in a large garden, 25 minutes from Pisa Airport and 5 minutes from the Massarosa A11 exit. The villa is our family's private retreat, which we use frequently. We are pleased to have made our favorite place available to guests since spring 2019. The villa comfortably accommodates 10 people, 450 qm.
