The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lunch and evening meals €12. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

It can accommodate 7-8 people, has been extensively renovated and furnished with antique farmhouse furniture and some design classics. Located on the edge of a village in the Western Pomeranian meadow not far from Szczecin and 1.5 hours from Berlin, you leave the crowded Uckermark behind you. Find relaxation or a quiet workplace in the hilly terminal moraine landscape with many small swimming lakes.

The Birkenhof - farmhouse with sauna

“Less is more” – this is one of the golden rules for good design, from which we were guided by the restoration of our farm in the Uckermark. The Birkenhof includes several hectares of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable garden and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is Ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry house.
