The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The ONE ROOM flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lunch and evening meals €12. The Birkenhof includes several hectares of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable garden and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is Ideal for families or small groups.
