The cottage has a sleeping area (1 - 3 people) and a barn in the yard with a sleeping area (1 person). Your own sheets and towels! The cottage has a gas stove and a ground basement. There is a set of dishes. Pets welcome!

Rantamökki

Amazing sauna cabin (floor area about 39 square meters) by the clear-water Valkealampi! There can be four people staying overnight. The cottage has a sandy beach , in winter an opening. You can fish in the pond or fish in the summer. You can take a dip in the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the peace of nature. Nearby there are, for example, Kontiolahti ski slopes and trails, a biathlon stadium, Paihola's disc golf course, a summer cafe (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21km) and Kolin National Park (about 54km) services and activities!

A spacious and bright apartment next to the market square, with a balcony overlooking the market square and in summer another balcony overlooking the large backyard. Shops and services are nearby, as are public transport bus stops. The size of the building's end apartment is 113m2, with 3 separate bedrooms (1hh, 2hh, 2hh), a small kitchen, a dining area, a large living room, a bathroom/toilet and a small separate toilet. The apartment is also suitable for a larger group or a family with children looking for a peaceful place to rest.

Parking lot in the courtyard, plus 8h puck spots on the street (8am-6pm). NOTE: Self-catering, i.e. you take care of the sheets and cleaning yourself. Please leave the apartment as clean as it was when you arrived. Bring your own sheets or you can borrow them from the closet. Washing and drying of borrowed sheets before departure 🙂✨

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild tree sport park. The area has about 250 different varieties of woody trees and shrubs on two acres. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in a natural state and the area is undergoing renovation. For those interested, the arboretum will be gladly introduced during the visit. The house crowd includes two lapin reindeer dogs, a cat, a rooster, and 6 hens. Breakfast on-demand

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. The studio is for 2 persons, but can accommodate up to 4 people: additionally we can add 1 cot + fold-out bed for extra 50 euro, agreed in advance. Pool 600 meters away, cafe 200 meters away, market 1 km away, train station 2 km away. Spacious balcony, elevator, private parking with heating and charging. Perfect for convenience and comfort.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha
