Monthly Rentals in Maulds Meaburn

Lovely and peaceful setting down narrow country lanes, yet convenient for Appleby and the M6. The Lake District is about a half hour drive away but the Westmoreland Dales are stunning anyway. The friendly village pub serves good food and beer at modest prices. The cottage is very well equipped with a big bedroom and a fabulous shower in the adjacent bathroom. Only slight downside is that, being downstairs, the bedroom gets cold in less clement weather. However, there is central heating and a fan heater can be borrowed if really necessary. Kay went out of her way to ensure everything was fine for us.

Tara was a wonderful host, they were so quick to respond and instructions were very clear of how to get to property. Kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and everything you would need. Very peaceful location. Thanks for lovely stay.

We had an incredible time here and soaked up everything this property and it’s surrounding had to offer. If private is what you’re interested in then this will satisfy. The chalet was very clean, had modern interior and exceptional bedding. We Will definitely be returning in the near future

Short but sweet visit, what a lovely place to stay! The location was great and easy to find, set in stunning countryside but close enough to the M6. The property is beautifully decorated to a very high standard with everything you might need. We arrived to find homemade shortbread which welcomed as we arrived late and milk in the fridge. We highly recommend and would love a return visit.
