The apartment doesn't have a balcony, but can use the garden/fireplace. The bathroom and kitchen must be shared with 2 other people

I live in a 4 1/2-room apartment in a quiet (normally), clean and safe suburb of Zurich. on the second (feels like third) floor with balcony, no elevator. Easily reachable by public transportation (every 15 minutes by day and 30 minutes in the evening). Night trains on Friday and Saturday. About 30 Minutes from the main station (if you follow the instructions and already have a tricket!). About 10 minutes to walk from public transportation.

This new modern studio has one bed (1,40m), TV, free Wifi, kitchen, closed bathroom and is very close to Zurich (only 30min with the train). You have only 3min to walk to the train station.
