The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on about 120 m². Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with an old wood look make the chalet, which was completed in December 2022, something very special. Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Our vacation home with sauna and hot tub is located in beautiful Gosau am Dachstein in Upper Austria. The entire width of the living room is glazed and offers a stunning view of the Gosaukamm. The discreet kitchen in the living room has everything you need for cooking. The spacious bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
