As a small swimming lake halfway between the district city of Feldkirchen and the rural market community Weitensfeld, it is located far from tourist centers in a protected landscape area. The mountain cottage comprises about 59 m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and a terrace of about 13 m². It is located at about 1000 m above sea level.

During your stay in our XL apartment, you will enjoy the view and the tranquility. Our house is located at 1100m above sea level at the end of a dead end street. Summer Lungaucard free! The center of Mauterndorf, the supermarket, the restaurants and the ski bus stop to Grosseck Speiereck and Obertauern, among others, are only a few minutes' walk away. Our guests appreciate the spacious living room, nice bathrooms, nice beds and the lovely sunny garden. XL also has its own outdoor fireplace.

We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for 6 people and 1 small child, by arrangement with pets, on around 100 square meters in any season. It is located on a sunny slope, not far from the Mölltal Glacier and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/cross-country skiing, canoeing and much more.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
