There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will also have to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided.
