My place is close to a sandy beach with beautiful coastal walks right outside the flat & sea views less than a minute away .Maenporth beach , is a 5 min walk (through a field path ) & has a lovely restaurant & cafe . Falmouth is about a 10 minute drive away. It is a ground floor ,non smoking flat and no pets are allowed. All linen & bedding (low allergenic)is provided . It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers or families. You need a car to fully enjoy the area.

Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Bian Mor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap on bright days. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
