Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Maxilly-sur-Léman

Notre séjour fut des plus agréables. La maison offre toutes les commodités pour un séjour d’une semaine. À trente minutes de la gare, la marche est agréable. Nous avons apprécié la propreté des lieux et la modernité des installations.

Le logement est magnifique avec une vue à couper le souffle. James s'est montré très réactif et sympathique aussi bien avant notre arrivée dans le logement qu'une fois installés. Le logement n'est pas facile à trouver mais grace aux explications de James nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté. Le logement est très bien agencé, très bien équipé et convient parfaitement aux enfants en bas âge grâce aux barrières de sécurité. Je recommande ce logement.

Sebastien a réagi rapidement à nos messages, la communication était facile, pas compliquée et sympatique, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Le chalet était tel que décrit, propre, très, très bien équipé (mieux que décrit), la vue magnifique, et le sauna et jakuzi super. En somme, de belles vacances pour nous.

Maria et Jean-Marc sont des hôtes très accueillant et très ouvert sans être avares de renseignements pratiques. Le logement correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce et s'avère très fonctionnel. Jean-Marc s'est proposé de nous amener sur un site proche de leur domicile tout en nous faisant découvrir sa région natale. Un grand merci à Maria et Jean-Marc pour leurs conseils et leur disponibilité. Au plaisir de les revoir éventuellement si l'occasion se présente.

Petit chalet extrêmement bien équipé avec vue exceptionnelle. Gros plus pour le petit lit sur la terrasse pour contempler le mont blanc. Les enfants dé - de 3 ans ne sont pas acceptés au Spa et il faut vraiment réserver. Mais ça en vaut vraiment le coup ! Départ de nombreuses randonnées pas loin et à 10 minutes de cham’ centre.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, letti molto comodi, tutto perfetto. Macchina del caffè e bollitore molto utili, con tutto l'occorrente per utilizzarli. Posto auto comodissimo e lago, ristoranti e funicolare a meno di 10 minuti da casa. Torneremo sicuramente, anche perchè ci siamo sentiti accolti con sollecitudine da Stephanie, sempre molto disponibile per consigli.

Séjour agréable, reposant. Proche de toutes commandités ( 10 minutes de Evian, 10 minutes des montagnes). Nous vous recommanderons un séjour.

Our family of 7, including elderly grandparents, teenagers, kids and adults, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jocelyne & Jean-Michel’s beautiful villa. The view is absolutely priceless and the villa is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for a comfortable and convenient stay. Our hosts were so welcoming and attentive, we loved our stay. The location is above the village of Lutry, a 5-6min drive down the hill to the lakefront where there are cafes, restaurants, playgrounds and more.

Si vous cherchez un bel appartement au coeur de la ville d'Evian, n'allez plus loin et louez celui-ci. Il est situé dans un immeuble neuf de qualité, meublé simplement mais avec goût et parfaitement équipé. Le parking est très pratique et accessible par ascenseur à partir de l'appartement ... mais il nous semble cependant préférable de ne pas avoir un très gros véhicule. A noter l'accueil particulièrement aimable et attentif de Régina, et ses instructions heureusement très précises pour arriver à l'immeuble sans surtout tenir compte des indications erronées du GPS (pour le moment au moins). Procédure de départ on ne peut plus simple. En résumé : parfait en tout point !

Très bon accueil par Catherine, l'appartement est très confortable et au calme absolue avec une vue magnifique sur le lac d'un coté et les montagnes de l'autre coté.

This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

"Made with love" is the best way to describe Jean-Claude's and Marinette's beautiful place. The interior design and the view are gorgeous. Every time I thought I had forgotten something (scissors, travel adapter) I found it was already provided for. And there is even Ninja Cooker! Marinette made sure that I have everything I needed when I arrived and Jean-Claude messaged me straight away when he found I had forgotten some of my belongings, so I could return and collect them. During my stay I had all the privacy I needed and the internet was working perfectly. Thank you so much Jean-Claude and Marinette for your wonderful hospitality - I look forward to returning again!

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. Perfect for bars and restaurants too! A fabulous place in lovely Evian-Les- Baines,

Alles top und wie beschrieben. Bis in kleinste Detail an alles gedacht was man benötigt. Besonders die Matratze vom Bett und der leise Ventilator (kaufe ich mir auch) im Schlafzimmer waren super👍🏻 Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend. Von Thollon aus sind Genf, Lausanne und Montreux in bis zu einstündiger Autofahrt/Fähre erreichbar. Wir empfehlen unbedingt mit der Seilbahn hochzufahren, um die atemberaubende Sicht über den Genfer See und den Bergen zu genießen. Das Restaurant bietet sehr leckere Speisen und Getränke. Christiaan ist sehr freundlich und ist immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Ein sehr schönes Appartement. CheckIn und CheckOut gut geregelt. Tolle Lage. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Die Straße ist stark befahren, deshalb mussten wir die Fenster nachts geschlossen halten. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, jedoch konnte man den Verkehr trotzem leicht hören. Am Strand besteht leider Hundeverbot, jedoch konnten wir uns daneben ans Wasser legen.

Their kindness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

L'appartement est très bien situé pour profiter de la région au printemps. Anne Laure et sa mère ont été très accueillante.

Wir haben die Woche in Annecy sehr genossen: die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet. Es gibt eine sehr ruhige, kaum einsehbare Terrasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge und einen kleinen Teil des Sees. Der sehr saubere und gut gepflegte Pool mit ebensolchem Poolhaus liegt nur wenige Meter vor der Terrasse. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz nah am Haus gefunden. Das Eingangstor zur Wohnanlage vermittelt ein gutes Gefühl von Sicherheit. Bei Fragen hat der Vermieter sofort geantwortet und uns sehr attraktive Hinweise für Unternehmungen, Bäckereien, Lokale etc. gegeben. Wir können sehr empfehlen, mit dem Rad von der Wohnung über die Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun zum See und daran entlang zur Innenstadt zu radeln. Von unserer Seite gab es nichts zu kritisieren, wir können die Wohnung voll empfehlen!

Mb's place is conveniently located for sightseeing in Geneva with bus stops just 2-3mins away, and train station just 7 mins away. Combined with comfortable bed, clean & cozy spaces, his place made our trip in Geneva really enjoyable. We had fun making ourselves dinner too with all the cooking essentials readily available in the kitchen, and shopping of groceries can be done in Migros nearby. Apart from the amenities, Mb is also a great host, he remembers the details we shared before and showed us around the house when we checked in, the communication went really well. Would recommend this place if you're looking for a studio in Geneva.
