On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
