Simple but functionally furnished, clean room with daylight in the basement of our single-family home in Altenkirchen/Ww. Private bathroom 2 steps across the hall opposite the room. The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Our house is in a quiet location overlooking the vineyards of Rech. It offers quick access to the Ahr and hiking trails (red wine hiking trail, Ahrsteig). In the immediate vicinity there are some restaurants & wine taverns. The apartment (about 40 square meters) on the first floor of the house we live in can accommodate 2 to 3 guests. Especially hikers, cyclists & wine lovers of all ages will feel comfortable with us. Contactless check-in is possible!

The ideal apartment for peace seekers, hikers and nature lovers. Cozy apartment separate on the upper floor with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and fantastic distant views. We share the house entrance, then guests go up to the separate apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. News about the 2021 flood: We are on the mountain and were not affected. All roads in the area are now passable again.
