Situé au cœur de la station de ski de Bolquère – Pyrénées 2000, ce chalet d’exception bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié dans le lotissement privé “Montana Lodges”. D’une surface de 125 m², ce bien unique offre une vue panoramique époustouflante, orientée Sud-Ouest, vous permettant de profiter pleinement du soleil et des montagnes environnantes. À l’extérieur, une terrasse élégante, avec un jacuzzi, vous permet de profiter d’un jardin arboré, parfait pour des moments de détente en plein air.

Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Douglas fir log cabin

Log cabin, very cozy, on the heights of the small village of Rodome. Facing south, the terrace offers an exceptional view of the peak of the Ourtizet, the emblematic summit of the Pays de Sault (1933 m). The environment is very quiet and conducive to a change of scenery. Many walks are possible nearby. The ski resorts of Camurac or Mijanes-Donezan are only 20 minutes away, as is the Daniel du Lac de Belcaire climbing hall. A grocery store is present in the village.

Charming recently renovated cottage set in the heart of a 70-hectare organic vineyard estate, in the Pays Cathare, close to Carcassonne and its many castles. It offers stunning views over amphitheatre-shaped vineyards and the surrounding countryside, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Located next to the Belgian owners’ farmhouse, it remains entirely private, surrounded by nature. During your stay, enjoy a complimentary wine tasting and a tour of the winery.
