On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation. We have another house across the street to accommodate more guests up to 8 more, message me.

This downtown property, across from St. James Episcopal School, was constructed as the residence for the clergy of the Church of the Good Shepard in 1924 and was later transitioned into a local law firm. The property has been completely renovated with modern amenities while retaining classic detail and style.
