We were very impressed with the detailed information / rules notebook left for guests ... very straight forward, detailed, and firm ... Charles and his home was very lovely! He was very accommodating. It was extremely homey. It was super peaceful, very clean, and very charming. It was roomy and great for kids as well. Our 4 year old had a blast. He didn’t want to leave (who would!). They even let us use their ATV on the property, which was so nice to do a morning and evening ride on. He is close to a lot of great restaurants also. We did quite a bit of cooking, but always love to explore the area. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything needed. We will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue House! The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the whole family, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was watching our kiddo feed the friendly deer —such a special touch. We’d definitely come back again.
