There is a spacious, secluded terrace with a shower, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The house is surrounded by garden full of Mediterranean greenery. Everything is in a walking distance, the promenade 20 m, children's playground 60 m, restaurant 60 m, center 250 m, supermarket 350 m. It is in a ground floor with fenced terrace and pets friendly. It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.
