It's located in a calm & quiet area in the middle of Medulin, and is close to shops (250 m), restaurants and the sea (10' walking to the sandy beach) as well as beautiful promenade by the marina lined with shops and restaurants. There are other great entertainment options quite close including a family fun park and sports grounds.

It is located on the second floor (attic), so it is not suitable for guests with mobility problems due to the circular stairs.
